Great kit! Great price!

Needed this as an option for my Tesla. Should be perfect though I hope to never use it. Not sure if it was the shipping or the case itself but everything fell out when I opened it, so putting the small pieces in their spots could be interesting.

Great Jack! Has helped me out several times. Even after someone tried to destroy it, it still works!

Light and useful!

Lightweight and powerfull! makes jacking the car a breeze and has a remote control to top it all off! Do make sure to extend antenna to have full fast start/ stop functionality… Love it!

Ordered on about September 21st/26 i bought this jack this to carry in my Truck & had high hopes that it would work as advertised. Received it in good time & Everything looked Good & on Oct 11th 26 I had occasion to put it to use on my Chrysler 300C to change a tire. The Jack preformed as advertised but with 2 problems, It leaked oil badly all over the cardboard I set it on to protect the jack from getting scratched up in case I had to return it for a replacement & the Flimsy plastic doors on it will not latch & stay closed so I tried calling customer service several times over the next week and all I get is a busy signal so I gave up Then I tried texting there ph.# & a few days later I got a reply that I needed to call customer service. A I can say is good luck with that! If customer service reads this & you're interested in contacting me My order # is [removed] & I can be reached at the email on the order or by the phone # on the order if you will stand behind your warranty Fix the problem I have. I would like to have a good replacement, Jack.

Be sure the jack is on firm flat footing.

I’ve owned this jack for a month now; and wish I’d known about it sooner. It’s easy to use and performs beyond what was advertised. A great addition to any handyman’s garage.

Jack only worked once

Received the product this week' Used it one time and the electric hydralic jack only went up. Had to use the allen wrench "release plug" to lower it. Light and air pump work, but not the jack. I'd like to start the return and refund process. Thank you [removed]

Make sure it’s in a hard flat surface like a block try not to extend to its full potential

This thing is amazing. I’ve used it many times. Once a guy lost his boat on a side road and I stopped to help. Put it under the frame close to the tires and it still lifted the boat high enough to put the trailers jack down. Another time it lifted a dump box on a truck so I could get to the hydraulic reservoir underneath. I bought two of these. One for myself and one for my girlfriend. Highly recommend.

I wasted almost $200 and now I have to go back to a regular floor jack

I used three times, the floor jack get stuck half of the times on the way down I have to hit it with something in order to come down so I can take it out from under the vehicle, the impact wrench 😂😂😂 stoped working the third time I used so now I have a floor jack that it doesn't want to come down, and I has to spend an extra $190 on a impact wrench so I can do the job plus the hamer to hit the jack 😂😂😂 what a waste of money, I do recommend if not to get this unless you're not planning to use it more than ones or three times the most, and if you do buy it get the chipper one so you can get a hammer also

Works, but seems somewhat cheaply made

I just received this car jack today and so far it is working. It seems somewhat cheaply made though. Like the 2 sides that store the air hose and the plug for the power cord is so flimsy that it does not stay close. One bump and it opens up. I'm sure if you're not careful, you can break that right off. I tested it on a Honda Civic, and it was able to lift the car off the ground. High enough where you can do tire change. I would advise buying a stand jack just as a precaution if you plan to get under the car though. I guess time will tell. With my first test, it seems fine. However, there are those reviews were the customer indicated it would get stuck or not work anymore. This is my first impression review and tested it with a small car. So I am giving it 3 stars which is average. If it exceeds my expectation later on, I will come back and change the star.

Quick response, adequate decision for my problem

Suddenly there was a problem with the electric jack. Within 2 weeks, the problem was solved by customer service. They replaced the defective part.

It's a great value

It won’t pickup one side of my Car that weighs less than 5000 lbs; yet they claim it’s a good 10,000 pound jack capacity Both black covers won’t close and latch properly either I’m not impressed with it

Good Quality, Works as Advertised

I was skeptical as to quality but was pleasantly surprised. I tried the jack and impact wrench on my truck and they worked very well, lifting the truck with ease and quickly loosening a stubborn wheel lug. Two pleasant surprises were the air pump and the small hammer for breaking glass and/or cutting seat belts in the event of an emergency. The gloves were also a nice addition. It all comes in a convenient carrying case. And because it operates on 12 volt DC current (cigarette lighter), there's no need for keeping a rechargeable battery charged (and finding the rechargeable battery dead when you most need it because you forgot to keep it charged).

Lifts the car no problem

Great product. Good value for money. Impact wrench takes nuts off with ease. Ideal kit to have in the car for an emergency

Lacks a bit of lifting height

I tested the product with my 2026 Hyundai Palisade and my caravan. It works well, but with my Hyundai, I have to place the jack on a wooden block; otherwise, it doesn't lift high enough. It's a shame, because I have to carry both the jack and a wooden board.

Not bad

The jack itself is nice, the impact and sockets leave something to be desired.

Use on a level surface!

It was nice. The only issue I had was that, this was on a slight slope, and when I was desending, it got stuck. I pulled on it a little bit, and it jammed back into place and finished lowering. *fewf"

Worth it!

Bought this last year in July. Definitely something to have while you travel and well worth the investment! I have used it a couple times and it works great!

Very easy to use

I was skeptical that this jack would work but it lifted my chevrolet truck no problem. I even used it on a ram 2500 and it worked great. The air compressor part works very good, my trailer tires take 65 psi and my old compressor would take forever to top off the trailer tires. The extra attachments are nice for inflating other things.

My husbands loves this handy jack where easy to use has a great case. The impact has some torque all so.

The Jack works great. And the air compressor does as well.

I bought this for my 22 foot motorhome. It has dualeys on the back and using a bottle jack to lift it would be awkward. We had a back inner tire blow and were stuck on the roadside for 12 hours. This jack easily lifts up the back axle to change a tire. Next time I will be able to change the tire myself. The air compressor did a decent job of inflating to 75 psi.

Tire jack/ Changer

This is my second unit, I loaned mine to my son for trip and unfortunately needed to use it, he liked the ease of use with all tools needed to change a tire, spare was low on air but with this unit he switched it to the mini compressor and topped it up to pressure, all stores in a heavy case, gloves sockets, 12volt battery adapter , he now owns my original and I have a replacement. Thanks for a great product.

Terrible battery life

I used it one time and the battery does not fully charge and customer service won’t respond to me about it

Roadside tire kit

Makes life easier but should recommend that a jackstand should be used with this vehicle jack.

don't buy the brand Jack

I am very disappointed with the way the brand has handled my return and refund request. I have already spent a significant amount of time communicating with your customer service, but instead of arranging the return and refund, the process keeps being delayed. This is my first time purchasing a product from the brand, and unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. The product does not work properly, and I simply want to return it and receive my refund. I do not understand why such a straightforward return request has taken so much time. Please stop delaying this matter and provide me with the return instructions and a full refund as soon as possible. I hope the brand can resolve this promptly instead of requiring me to spend more time following up on the same issue.

Electric car jack and impact wrench

Works surprisingly well. The impact wrench was able to open wheel nuts without any issues and the jack works as expected. Definitely will recommend this product.

utilizzo per cambio gomme camper, tutto bene ...... solo 3 stelle , in quanto il tubo del compressore , alla 4 gomma si e staccato dall'imbocco. Ho dovuto aprirlo , reinserire il tubo ed FISSARLO CON UNA FASCETTA STRINGITUBO........................................ A volte basta un niente perche un grande prodotto diventa un prodotto medio ........ ( solo una fascetta stringitubo)

Somente hoje cheguei a casa e fui abrir a caixa com esta minha encomenda, fiquei triste por verificar que a caixa do conjunto não trazia chave de impacto, acabei agora de confirmar que este modelo não traz essa chave, quanto ao resto ainda não testei espero que quando precisar de usa-la tudo funcione bem, aparentemente tudo parece estar nos seus lugares, quanto aos fusíveis anunciam 3 no entanto na caixa só chegaram 2.
