Specifications
This double commercial deep fryer is the ideal solution for those seeking efficiency and speed in preparing fried foods. With a total power of 5000W and two independent oil tanks, this equipment allows cooking different types of products simultaneously without mixing flavours, ensuring maximum quality in every batch. Its robust structure and fast heating capacity make it indispensable for fast-paced environments.
Main Features
- Two 6L tanks each: allows frying different foods individually to keep flavours distinct.
- 5000W power: equipped with double heating elements to reach the desired temperature quickly.
- Adjustable temperature control: regulates temperature between 50°C and 200°C according to food requirement.
- Built-in safety: automatic shutdown system if temperature exceeds 230°C or in case of controller failure.
- Functional design: includes a cool-touch handle for safe handling and a lid to minimise oil splashes.
- Easy maintenance: stainless steel exterior and components that are easy to lift, including the oil tank.
Usage and Assembly
For first use, it is essential to remove all white protective plastic films. The fryer must be connected to separate wall sockets for each of its two plugs, avoiding the use of extension cords or power strips to prevent energy loss. For operation, simply adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature and use the baskets with the front hook to quickly drain oil after frying.
Ideal for
This equipment is the right choice for snack bars, concession stands, delis and event organisation. This professional electric deep fryer is perfect for businesses requiring high productivity and a dual-tank fryer that guarantees flavour separation and fast service.
Shipping & Returns

Very good!
I am very satisfied with the 12L double tank deep fryer. The design is practical, solid, and perfect for cooking larger amounts of food at once. Each basket works independently, which makes it very convenient when frying different products at the same time. The fryer heats up quickly and maintains a stable temperature, ensuring that the food comes out crispy and evenly cooked every time. Cleaning is also easy, as the tanks and baskets can be removed and washed without any effort. I really appreciate the sturdy stainless-steel construction, which feels durable and reliable even with frequent use. It is also surprisingly compact for its capacity and fits well on my working table. Overall, this fryer is a great value
Deep Fryer
Size is perfect, good quality material, maintains the heat levels for frying.
Quick delivery
Very quick delivery, packaged well, no dings or marks. The holding tub and the baskets are very thin. The baskets are smaller than expected, very cheaply made, and after the first cleaning the baskets welds are already breaking... it'll work for now, but not sure it will withstand commercial use for long...
fryer

Frigideira Comercial 12L Fritadeira Elétrica 5000 W Cesta Dupla YB-82 Tanque Duplo Fritadeira Elétrica Bancada de Aço Inoxidável Batata Frita para Usos Comerciais Very Good! 5*****!
Good company to deal with
Fryer is used in our community centerTo cook for elderly people
Great value for the money
GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY, it requires a 16amp supply as it is a commercial fryer, if you are going to use both fryers at the same time, you can use it on a 13amp plug or supply but only use one fryer at a one time as it will blow the fuse or breaker. works great & cooks chips in minutes.

Friteuse Electrique Avec 2 Bacs
conforme.mais une gal_e pour l'entretien.
Fritteuse
