Great value for the money
I've had this for about a month and have used it to make protein shakes, regular milk shakes, slushies, alcoholic slushies, and just to have some easily dispensed cold drinks. All I can say is, WOW! Very easy to use and very intuitive controls. Their guide for ratios of ingredients helps a lot to get the settings just right. After using the web to find a few different recipes we were making things right away. We thought we'd be waiting hours and hours, but within 30-40 minutes (for alcoholic....regular slushies were faster) we had our drinks. Oh, one thing to remember. If you adjust it because it doesn't taste right and you add too much alcohol or sugar and it doesn't want to freeze, remember that ti has a custom temp setting which drops down REALLY low for those hard to freeze drinks. This sucker makes those Ninjas at Walmart seem downright cheap by comparison. The only things I don't like seem to be easily remedied. First, it's a bit of a pain to clean. You have to lift the back side up to get all of the liquid out (better make sure you have liquid and no slush or it won't go well) otherwise when you pull the container off it will spill out the back. Amazing!!
I originally purchased this item for a party we were having. The thought was to have this for special occasions but it quickly turned into something we use very regularly. With the all the different setting options we found that there is something for everyone, from frappes, slushies for the kids and of course margarita slushies for the adults as we originally intended. If i could give this thing 10 stars i would. I only have 2 regrets about purchasing this item and that is that I didnt purchase it sooner and that I didnt buy the dual tank unit instead!

I purchased this for a family reunion I had to host and I was totally embarrassed!! Slushie won’t even come out!! I had to revert back to my ninja machines . I am so disappointed

Makes slushies faster than expected. Only get about 6 16oz cups from each side which didn’t realize. It’s a little smaller than I expected but that’s not the machines doing. Also if you need a larger capacity it doesn’t take long to reslush your drink if you add more liquid as the machine gets low. Overall happy with the machine. Cleaning is a bit cumbersome but not worth not buying the machine over
Easy to use
Love it. It is fast to make slushies. It is easy to use, the controls are simple. Use it for margaritas and pop slushies. I use it quite often. Easy to clean as well. We use the soda stream mix in it for slushies.
Be careful when moving it is heavy

Not great quality
Leaks to much, has extra gaskets and still leaks, plastic seems cheaper/thinner than other brands, also harder to clean than others. Messaged for a refund and so far it’s a process

Arrived with a European plug and is designed for 240 volts. Had to order a step up converter to use it in the US.

first time used it leaked took it apart and re-installed and the top came off and all the liquid and slush poured out on the floor made many purchases and this is the first time that I have not given a 5 star review could be that this is just a faulty machine would still buy from the brand

This machine arrived partially functioning. One unit leaked upon first use. When I attempted to return they advised that both units have to run at the same time ( not in the manual and should not be necessary because it has two control panels one for each container) and they wanted me to work on a brand new machine by replacing parts. I cannot say this is a bad product because I only used it twice, now its a 500.00 paperweight. What I can say is that you will not receive proper customer service if something is wrong with the products that you buy from this company.

Absolutely epic
We bought this machine for our wedding & some other family events this summer and we are SO impressed with the quality & ease of use of this machine. The capacity is great & for a party of 20+ people, we only had to refill the tanks once to keep everyone happy with slushies flowing! .. we are even considering buying a second one just so we can have 4 flavour options! 10/10 recommend!
Slushy machine defective
I purchest this slushy machine to replace my large machine that was to big for our needs. Strait out of the box the machine didnt work properly. No mater what seting we put it in the machine wojld go in to (ice) mode safty which shuts down the compresser so you dont damage it. The machine thinks it has frozen up. Witch is hard to dk when the slushy mix is still watery. It just keeps going in to ice mode. I tryed puting it in custem temp mode at +4c and it whent to -2 then ice. No mater whatbit dosent work. Wish j keeped my old one. This is a very nice slushy machine im shere a working one works great. This isnt my first perches from the brand. I love there stuff free shiping andbprices there great. I have made maney perches over the year from 3 soft serve ice cream machines cook tops sandwege prep frige comershal propain deep fryer and lots more they have very good products. I recoment to every one. This is the first problemni have had i contacted them and notjing back after 2 days. Leaking soon as I unbox and cleaned
The brand. I am so very disappointed. I really expected better from a very reputable company. This is the 2nd slushy machine I’ve purchased from your brand. The 1st I $900 plus it worked perfectly for 2 years then both leverage handles split a month after the other! But at least I was able to use for 2 years. This new one I haven’t even used yet and it’s leaking. I put water in to clean it for usuage to learn it. One of the leverage handles where the liquid comes out is leaking right away. This is very very displeasing! VERY!

I bought two machines a month ago, but unfortunately they didn't do the job and the cooling is bad. I don't know if I can return them. They work, but the cooling isn't enough to freeze the slush to the required temperature, and I don't know what to do.

As a first time user, I just wish there would have been a recipe book included...I'm not sure of how much of this or that I need to add to make however many drinks...
Poor temperature control
This unit is fast to freeze and relatively quiet, but does a poor job at maintaining the proper temperature to keep slush mobile. It is either too runny or freezes it off and plugs up, preventing it from dispensing.

Everything works great except the right dispenser when pulling down the bottom oring on plunger get caught and pulls away from the groove it needs to stay in causing a slow leak

I really like this machine. At first I was a bit skeptical, but after reading and understanding how it works, and using it of course, I decided to give it 4 stars. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of its weight. This machine weighs a little over 50 pounds and has a few sharp edges. All in all a pretty nice machine , just wish it was a little lighter

Robuste et efficace
Très belle machine professionnelle comparée a ce qui est proposé en magasin faite pour un usage domestique. Là c'est clairement un cran au dessus ! Du matériel fait pour durer. Les + une fois la préparation choisi et effectué reste 12h en marche pour garantir un produit a consommer toute la journée où en soirée ( il n'y a qu'a se servir) La grande capacité de 3 litres Refroidissement rapide ( en général moins de 30 minutes chez nous pour 1,5 litres de boisson sortant du réfrigérateur) Entretien facile Les - un peu bruyante quand le refroidissement se met en marche, un peu lourde et encombrante Le joint qui ne fonctionnait pas bien (mais très bon sav et problème résolu)
