Home improvement
We managed to save money but buying rough boards from the lumber yard and used this planer for a few hours to clean them up. I think we've already got our money back on savings! Well worth it if you have a deck job or medium sized job! Definitely happy with this planer. My only note is there is some snipe with the machine but also very much depends on what wood you use! I highly recommend this tool!
Well built and great product for the price.
Does a great job so far. Runs quieter then expected and handles all types of wood that ive run through it without any problem. Made of metal instead of a lot of plastic which to me, makes it better built. Very satisfied with the planer so far and was a decent price for the job it does.
Trimming Time
I bought this because I make signs for members of my church. It has done an absolutely awesome job. The dust collecting system is awesome. Works great with my wet/dry vacuum. Being able to planer several sizes of lumber is awesome. Definitely a time saver for me. It leaves an awesome finish. Very little sanding or trimming when I'm done. Seems to be well built. I love it.

I just purchased this as I have wanted a planer for years. I used it to make 6 bee boxes and 60 frames for it and it made the job MUCH easier! I was able to plane the frame pieces to thickness in one pass instead of having to cut each of 180 pieces twice on the table saw. The cut is so smooth I didn’t really need to sand them.

Very decent quality. Simple to adjust the amount of cut material. Not as loud as my neighbors planer. Finishes the wood smooth enough that I don’t need to use 100 grit sandpaper anymore. I’m starting my projects with 150 grit paper so it will end up saving me some money and time on my projects. Without the dust collector chute on it, wood chips go everywhere but I’m sure if I connected a shop vac to it, there would be very little wood chips and dust.
A great product!
If you hit a nail... its so easy to just turn 1/4 turn each small square blade.... plus this is much quieter than a 2 or 3 blade planer. Great product!
Perfect finish! Look at this quality!
Wow! Cuts so nicely and no sanding needed. These are 5.5" x 6' cedar pickets that are $3.67 each but I will have the best fence in town! Especially after I seal it with a nice Behr stain. I wish the up and down was automatic instead of a crank but for $400, this is my best purchase of 2026 so far.

What value for money !!! I used it to plane my wood for the butcher block countertop we made !!!! 10/10 wil recommend !! The only thing that’s I would change is the blow action if shavings - you have to clean it out after every two or 3 planks
Very good quality planer
I replaced an older 2 blade planer with this one. The spiral cutter head is amazing and leaves a great finish on the wood. The soft start motor is also nice. Dust collection works well too.

Model M1B-LS-3301 THE 13" helical planer out of the box performed well. I ran 8"x15/16" maple and red oak, 2"x11" rough sawn pine planks 4'+6' lengths. Minimal scarfing on any of it. Ran some glue ups that were 5/8"x11"x8" and had tearout on exit. Again it was minimal. Overall I'm satisfied. Dust collection is not robust but keeps the work area manageable. Got to edit this. Week later and on of switch fell apart, and cutter tooth broke. Available parts list doesn't seem to exist. Thank goodness 90% of bench top planers are all dang near the same.

This is my first thickness planner, and I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the cleanness of the surface after planning. The planner is easy to use and adjust as well.
Good machine
This machine does a nice job on the pine boards I’m running through it . But don’t make the same mistake I made … I didn’t know there were nails in a board and it chipped them blades pretty bad . Currently waiting on new ones . My fault 100% I now have a hand held metal detector to run over these reclaimed boards

Am Sonntag bestellt am Dienstag geliefert,besser geht es nicht! Der Dicktenhobel macht was er soll,für den Bastler und Heimwerker gut geeignet. Das Preis- Leistungs Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Wer allerdings täglich und gewerblich Aufgaben zu erfüllen hat der sollte zu wesentlich teureren und professionellen Maschinen greifen.

Goede machine, ik heb hier 40m2 eiken vloerplanken mee geschaafd 12 cm brede massief eiken planken en 22mm dik hiervan 1mm afgeschaafd. werkt prima. wel zorgen voor goede afzuiging, stofzuiger werkt niet goed, slang gaat telkens dicht zitten. ook tijdens de werkzaamheden regelmatig machine schoonblazen met lucht, compressor. Echt een aanrader. Maakt wel genoeg geluid, niet zoals eerder al vermeld dat de buren er geen last van hebben. Ligt er ook aan hoe je ruimte is ingericht, en je buren wonen. Misschien heb ik meer geluk gehad met de machine als ik de andere reviews lees. Maar voor gebruik name toch zelf alles even controleren, of alles goed vast zit, en afgesteld is. Ook in de fabriek worden fouten gemaakt. Maar ik ben het ermee eens, dat de service wel goed moet zijn. Als de service niet goed is, dan stop er maar mee.

La machine fais le boulote. Attention, la courroie à très rapidement cassée et le carter de protection à cassé également. Sinon elle fonctionne aussi bien sans carter.

C'est une très bonne machine. Le réglage peut être amélioré avec un système numérique car quand on est très myope on a du mal a voir les chiffres.

Mi serviva una pialla a spessore (NON È UNA PIALLA A FILO), questa è ben costruita, tutta in metallo, molto pesante. Il fatto di avere 3 lame garantisce un buon risultato e minore sforzo per la macchina, sono riuscito a piallare rovere massello in maniera eccellente, si è comportata benissimo anche su listelli da 9mm che ho portato fino a 7mm in 2 passaggi (sempre in rovere). Per me, a questo prezzo, non c’è una rivale decente, oltretutto pialla fino a 32 cm e questo significa poter affrontare tavole di tutto rispetto. Certamente non è un prodotto professionale, ma si difende benissimo! Spedizione come promesso.

Egyelőre csak egy tölgy pallót gyalultam vele, azt kiválóan vitte. A kapolcsót sikerült letörnöm, erre figyeljetek, hogy ne járjatok úgy, mint én. A kapcsoló felőli tácát felcsukta a gyerek amikor állítottam a magasságot (első beüezemelés előtt) és a tálca letörte a kapcsolót. Szerintem ez egy kisebb tervezési hiba... Illetve az elszívó csonk és a ház furata nem passzolt teljesen, de rá lehetett erőszakolni

Nach einigen ersten Tests muss ich sagen, dass der Hobel von der Marke wirklich sehr gut ist. Der Auf- bau war sehr einfach. Nach den ersten Hobelversuchen zeigte sich mir ein optimales Hobelbild, kein Hobelschlag ersichtlich. Für einen solchen Preis wird man kaum einen besseren Hobel finden.
Macchina ok per uso hobbistico
Ho messo 5 stelle ma dovete leggere tutta la recensione: 1 la pialla è un otttimo oggetto da bricolage, l'idea di un tamburo ruotante con inserti intercambiabili è secondo me un'ottima soluzione in termini di potenza e ricambi, tuttavia questi inserti sono fissati con viti a testa conica con impronta di tipo torxs che è profonda e si estende fino poco oltre la svasatura conica il che ne diminuisce molto la resistenza meccanica. 2 per quanto detto sopra conviene piallare a step piccoli perché anche i legni più morbidi hanno nodi molto duri che, come nel mio caso (ho piallato tavole di larice larghe 20 cm con una profondità di piallata di due mm), possono danneggiare gli inserti e rompere le viti alla base della svasatura conica facendo saltare gli inserti e facendo rimanere il resto della vite dentro il tamburo di una difficoltà estrema da rimuovere 3 come detto sopra ho danneggiato 4 inserti di taglio spaccando le viti che sono rimaste dentro al tamburo, quindi mi sono messo in contatto con il marchio (che non ha una sede logistica in Italia) cercando di avere un tamburo ruotante di ricambio e dopo una serie di email nelle quali si sono dimostrati gentilissimi e con molta volontà di ris…

Nach ausreichender Recherche und vielen positiven Youtube Test-Videos habe ich mich für den Dickenhobel entschieden und nach einigen ausführlichen Hobeldurchgängen auch nicht bereut. Der Hobel liefert dank seiner 3 Messer eine wirklich saubere Oberfläche, die beiden Einzugsgeschwindigkeiten erlauben schnelles herunterhobeln und den letzten Feindurchgang im langsamen Gang. Die 33 cm Hobelbreite sollten für die meisten Hobbyprojekte ausreichen. Der einzige Negativpunkt war, das der Hobel keinen Sanftanlauf besitzt und so bei mir der Sicherungsautomat B16 beim einschalten heraussprang, dies konnte aber unproblemativ durch Wechsel auf einen C16 behoben werden. Seitdem läuft alles problemfrei. Die Spanabsaugung erfolgt übrigens mittels Scheppach DC100 problemlos, die beiden Geräte funktionieren sehr gut miteinander. Der Dickenhobel ist ein echter Preis-Leistungstipp.

Machine excellente. Habitué à la "metabo" je cherchais une nouvelle raboteuse équivalente. Pin, frêne et chêne de plus de 30 ans, rabotés à merveille. les 3 lames sont super, tout comme les 2 vitesses. Pour le chêne j'ai utilisé la vitesse 1 pour la dureté du bois. Seul bémol, le carter plastique qui semble un peu fragile. Nécessité d'utiliser la machine sur des chutes pour se familiariser avec la jauge de réglage. Sinon pas de soucis. Je recommande sans problème, livraison en 5 jours, très bien emballé. C'était ma 1ere commande chez la marque, et pas déçu pour l'instant, alors que les avis m'auraient plutôt incités au contraire.

Grubościówka producent spełnia moje oczekiwania jako amatora. Strugałem dębinę do klejonki stołu warsztatowego i stolika "jamnika". Po uprzednim wyprowadzeniu krawędzi na strugarce własnej roboty efekt jest więcej niż zadowalający. Powierzchnia jest dużo gładsza niż na samoróbce, choć obie strugarki są trzyostrzowe.

Nem véletlenül vártam rá egy fél évet. Mindenképpen ez a típusú gép kellett. Apró beállításokat el kell végezni rajta, de utána tökéletesen működik. A lágyindítás kellett bele, ez nagyon jó, hogy megcsinálták. A gyalult felület annyira tökéletes, hogy alig-alig kell csiszolni utána. Így az év vége felé kijelenthetem, hogy az idei év legjobb vásárlása volt. Köszönöm!
