We are My Essenza, a Portuguese online shop for home and garden. From the sofa to the greenhouse, from the desk to the picture on the wall: we bring together thousands of practical, beautiful items at fair prices, and deliver them to Portugal, Spain and across the European Union, with support in Portuguese.
Who we are
My Essenza is the brand and online shop of Jardim Idílico Unipessoal Lda, a Portuguese company based in Póvoa de Varzim. We choose what we sell with our customers in mind: useful everyday items, with good photos, clear dimensions and a fair price.
We are a real company, with our name, tax number and address published. You can check all our details under Legal information and you will also find us on the major European marketplaces.

2025 · We started on the marketplaces
We took our first steps on European marketplaces, selling furniture and items for the home and garden. The idea was simple, and it is still the same: to make a beautiful home affordable, with fair prices and someone on the other end whenever you need them.

From Tribo Home to My Essenza
We grew under the name Tribo Home. Later we adopted a name that is entirely our own: My Essenza. The name and logo changed; the company, the team and the contact details are the same, and purchases and guarantees made as Tribo Home are still honoured.

Luna Art wall art
We created Luna Art, our own brand of canvas prints. Each piece is printed only once it has been ordered, in a workshop in the European Union — no idle stock and no surplus.

Today
We have our own shop, in 20 languages, and we continue to sell on the major marketplaces in Europe. Our commitment has not changed: to tell the truth about delivery times, shipping costs and products, before and after you buy.

How we work
Tracked delivery
We ship to Portugal, Spain and every country in the European Union, always with a tracking number. Shipping costs and delivery times for each destination are listed under Shipping and delivery times.
Returns within 14 days
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt to cancel, with no need to give a reason. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will sort it out at no cost to you. Returns and exchanges.
Secure payment
Encrypted checkout page, with card (3-D Secure), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and, in Portugal, MB WAY and Multibanco. We never see or store your card details. Payment methods.
Support in Portuguese
We reply in Portuguese and in other languages too. Write to essenza@myessenza.eu — we reply on working days.
VAT invoice
Every order comes with an invoice, with the VAT of the delivery country already included in the price. Invoices in a company name are available on request.
3-year guarantee
New items carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. Guarantee.
