Unexpectedly good

Didn't expect such good quality. No play/backlash on a bearing pair. No excess tension. Material of rails a bit soft comparing to Hivin, but price is 10 times less. Definitely worst to buy.

Great! HSR20 1700mm rail and linear blocks

Great price and quality for my use. In case this is of use to anyone: The brand's site does not provide this information, but the item comes with a booklet that specifies a basic dynamic load rating of 17.75kN and basic static load rating of 27.76kN for the HGH20CA block. The mounting screw size to the block is M5 and there are 4 holes. The rail (HGH20) mount size is listed as M6, but I was unable to find M6 bolts with a small enough head to fit into the countersinks so I ended up using M5 socket heads. The mount holes are spaced at 60 mm, so there are about 29 of them on the 1700mm long rail.

No perceptible play between the carriage and rail. No bends on the rail visually. Will be used on woodworking CNC so this is perfect quality and price.

Yes it has x2 rail's incase your wondering

I was a little unsure if this kit did infact have X2 1500mm rails...why? because dispite the discription and pictures showing x2 rail the package content box lower down the page states it only inc's x1 1500mm rail... I contacted the brand's support (but placed an order before they replied becuase i need x2 750mm rail's any how so this would work for those) and their staff confirm that the package would only have x1 rail.....seems they where wrong becuase my order arrived today and im happy to say that it does infact contain X2 rail 1500mm & X4 carriges. Railes are stright and carriges seem to move feely (you can never tell until they are fully cleaned and reoil'ed) and everything seems to be high quality, i'll see if i can update this review once they are fitted to my CNC. Thx Packing could be better as these not much inside holding the rails to stop them moving about.

Has two rails not one

Was kind of skeptical at first as it says x2 rails at the top of the add. When you scroll down and read it say one rail and four slide blocks.Needed two rails for my project. Kinda hummed and hawwed for three days and then took the chance and placed order.Order came two days late but the product was well packaged and in good condition (straight).Even came with rail plugs for a neat and tidy install.Time to finish the CNC build.

Very tight and consistant rails!

So far so good. These are super tight. I am amazed at the amount of tourqe thees things can handle. I thought these would be kinda sloppy but they are great.These are a bit rough when sliding and feel like the balls are a little too tight but I need to align the two rails to be more parallel. Worth the money so far!

When buying bolts for the carriages, just remember they are METRIC.Some English bolts can fool you.

This works really well and I will order it again for another project. Very strong. Very smooth action. Careful when putting carriages on and off of rails (which I will never have to do again, now that the project is complete). That's because I didn't realize I could knock ball bearings out if I was sloppy doing that (only 2 or 3, not an avalanche). They went right back in ... once I *found* them!

The carriage blocks are of high quality - sturdy, with all deflections being within normal tolerances. The blocks I received were all black and silver, not the tricolor as you see in the listing. I was assured by the seller they are identical in everything but color.The packaging arrives in a padded envelope from China, with the bearings mounted on the rails, and in plastic bags. There is a ton of grease all over everything so be ready to wash the stuff first thing. You_l then want to pack with your bearing grease of choice. Also included are some plastic caps to cover the screw holes in an installed track, and plastic caps to retain the ball bearings in the blocks if you need to take them off the tracks.The only thing to note is that this rail profile is slightly different than standard thk 15mm rail - the shoulder on these is shorter, so these carriage blocks do not fit. Unfortunately this meant i could not use the bearings for my intended purpose, but will probably find an alternative use for them at some point.

Seien wir mal ehrlich – für das Geld bekommt man doch hier im Fachhandel keine 4 Meter Gardinenstange vom Markenhersteller! Diese Linearführungen brauchten etwas länger bis DHL sie geliefert hatte – knapp 8 Tage – aber WOW! das sind mal edle Teile! Vorsicht im Haushalt mit dem Boden/Teppich! Alles recht ölig, auch außen am Paket! Aber gut verpackt, jede Schiene mit 2 Blöcken in einem Plastikschlauch. Da drin noch öliger – also so wie es auch sein soll! Das Öl selber ist nicht eklig – nicht so ne gelbe, harzige Plörre wie sonst manchmal – riecht auch nicht besonders stark. Ist aber auch kein Nähmaschinenöl. Verchromte Schmiernippel sind auch mit dran, was will man mehr? Die Blöcke laufen top – nicht von alleine, man muss sie bewegen. Aber keine komischen Geräusche, Kraftaufwand ist gleichmäßig über die gesamte Länge. Wie üblich laufen die Wägelchen auch mit Belastung von oben deutlich "softer". Ein Schrittmotor wir hier keine Probleme haben. Merkliches Spiel hat keiner der Wagen - Bei einem 20 Rail eigentlich auch nur mit Gewalt herauszufinden… Generell hemme die Gummilippen an beiden Seiten natürlich auch die Bewegung – aber halten den Staub raus. ANFÄNGER-TIPP: Mit dabei Blindstop…

Die Qualität ist für mein Vorhaben sehr gut. Die waren sehr gut verpackt und machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Funktionalität ist gegeben. Alles in allem ist die Ware tadellos. Ich würde es wieder kaufen.

Le produit a été très bien emballé et reçu sans dommage. Les roulements sont un peu rigides mais ils ont été montés à la hâte pour avoir une première impression. Je ferai quelques ajustements plus tard. Je suis assez confiant que tout est bien comme annoncé et de haute qualité. Dans l'ensemble, je suis ravi de cet achat. J'aimerais seulement que d'autres tailles, comme 500 ou 600 mm, soient disponibles. Je les recommande vivement pour leur rapport qualité-prix à tous ceux qui envisagent de faire du contrôle de mouvement.

Il pacco arrivato ben sigillato, ogni singolo componente chiuso nel proprio sacchetto ed accusaramente oliato. I pattini, per evitare la fuoriuscita delle biglie, sono venduti con delle guide in plastica gi inserite dentro (infatti per inserire i pattini alla guida bisogna avvicinarlo e fare scorrere il pattino sulla guida togliendo mano a mano quella in plastica). Il materiale duro, per tagliarli con il flessibile ci voluto un attimo. I pattini scorro bene solo se vi si applica su del peso(leggermente duri per via della guarnizione che raschia via la sporcizia,). Filetti sui pattini (M4) sono sufficentemente profondi per consentire un serraggio della vite sicura e senza correre il rischio di rovinare il filetto stesso. sicuramente un ottimo qualit-prezzo. Per l'uso che ne faccio io (da hobbista) sicuramente consiglio molto!!
