Fantastic addition to an angle grinder. extraction works perfectly due to a good seal of this part.
It does not fit a Mikita 4” grinder
Does not fit to a 4” Mikita, this Mikita does not have a place to mount the unit.. need to return..
Works well
Works very, captures the dust and very little escapes. Only issue it doesn't fit all 4 inch grinders. Didn't fit my jobmate but did fit my mastercraft.
It really works
This item was very helpful. I could not get it to fit on a Dewalt grinder (probably my fault) but it fit perfect on a Harbor Freight grinder. Would purchase again if needed.
Shroud works great with some workarounds
The vacumn adapter didnt fit and im not really sure what it would fit anyways. However the coupler clamp for the actual dust shroud was great. I used it on a craftsman angle grinder. I ended rigging up an alternate way to attach the vacumn which was a Rigid brand.
Doesn't fit.
Works great but have to make some modifications. Doesn't fit all grinder/cutter.
Absolutely with the money
Exceeded expectations. This thing was worth every cent. I had some high spots from a concrete floor patch and decided to give this a try instead of self leveling compound. This thing worked so well, no dust at all when the shroud is fully closed and when you have to open it to get right up the edge of something, very minimal dust is created. I don't know why other ones are upwards of $100, don't waste your money on them go with this one.
Excellent quality
Grinding Dust Shroud for Angle Grinder is robust and made of top quality. Quite comparable and very similar to the dust shroud sold at Harbor Freight, just a different color.
Great tool
The Shroud fitted my grinder with no issues, all the different fitment parts included give you a lot of options. The vacuum attachment makes a huge difference in dust generation while grinding. The included diamond wheel is well made, and is holding up great after doing some grinding. I really recommend this product.
Dust Control
Rotating cover contains dust effectively!
