The hex bar for weights is the ideal tool for those looking to optimise strength training, whether at home or in a professional gym. Made of heavy-duty steel, this bar is designed to handle heavy loads, allowing safe and stable progression in training. Its open design offers greater freedom of movement, making it easier to perform various weightlifting exercises correctly.
Assembly is very simple, and the equipment is ready to use immediately after unpacking. To start, simply slide the weight plates onto the 5.1 cm sleeves and firmly secure the collars at the ends of the bar. Thanks to its compact design, the bar can be easily stored alongside other furniture or fitness equipment, optimising space in your gym.
This equipment is suitable for split squats, shoulder presses, Romanian deadlifts, lunges, shrugs and farmer’s walks. It is the perfect choice for those seeking a robust trap or hex bar that combines stability and versatility for intense full-body workouts.

Good purchase
Received 6 weeks ago. Great bar, grip is nice and finish is well done. Most impressed with the shipping and packaging. Received well before due date, packaging was solid, no issues with damage. Love the bar, liked the service and ease to order. Price was better than others.
Stand part is bent. Doesn’t sit flush on the floor
Yeah it’s a nice bar. The stand part is bent. Doesn’t sit flush on the floor. In other words the stands don’t match up. I’m gonna keep it because it’s not bad.
