Great jack stands for winterizing my pontoon boat I bought these 3-ton jack stands to lift and support my trailer with my pontoon boat on it for the winter. They worked very well and felt strong and stable while supporting the trailer. The adjustable height made it easy to get the trailer positioned at the height I needed, and the locking mechanism gave me extra confidence that the stands would stay securely in place. They are heavy-duty, well built, and a good value for the price. I’m very satisfied with these jack stands and would recommend them for supporting boat trailers, trucks, and other heavy equipment.

Bought July 2026 and used for supporting a vehicle while removing and installing tires. Purely for safety when using a floor jack. A must have tool for changing tires on any vehicle or trailer.
6 ton Jack stand
Easy set and fast delivery Has been standing my car for a month, stays very good. Specially for off road vehicles for higner extension stand to get access for work.
Delivery
Delivery was horrible. They left my items downstairs in the lobby which was vulnerable to be stolen. They rung the bell and my wife told them to please deliver upstairs and they ignored her and left it in front of my buidling which was unsafe.
Good for a budget DIYer
Fantastic price for 6 ton stands without waiting for HF to have a sale on their own stands. The shanks have a bit more play at full extension than the HF stands, as well are smaller (not as wide) and the metal seems to be lighter steel. The overall stand itself uses lighter gauge metal. It should not be a problem for weekend projects. One of my stands I had to use a pry bar to bend the metal tab on the top of the stand housing to insert the shank because it was bent from either shipping or QC. Other than that, the other three stands are perfectly fine. The duel locking is a major plus. I use them to lift a RAM 2500 and an E250 Cargo van. It works as a solid stand when you need it. So what else can you ask for at a good price point?

Nothing spacial, just plain jack stands. No auto spring raise. They work great for a hobbyist but wouldn't be great in a production shop.
Compare these to the name brand stands that are twice the cost!
No homeowner should be without these especially at the cost and high quality of materials. I use them for car/riding mower and deck repairs.

These are nested in the box, packed well, and received with no damage. I have to do work on my truck, it will be easier with jack stands, and I should be more secure working.

Nice looking and served their purpose but cheap. I expected something more sturdy. Very lightweight and the safety pin is unreliable. It does not stay in place securely. I would not recommend unless using on some type of lightweight vehicle- go cart, 4 wheeler, golf cart, etc.

Worth The Buy
Everything is as it should but the sides were scuffed and scratched. I don't think it was a return but rather damaged in shipment. This is too minor to send back for a new set.

6 ton jack stands
Really good for the money, I have one the the locking mechanism is sticking and not locking right. Got the push on the arm several times to make sure it locked in and I’m using the safety pins. I need to look at it and see what is going on. The other one locks right in like it should. Could be a big safety issue for someone with no experience.

Solid and Sturdy
Sturdy and solid choice. Exactly what I was looking for to get my 17’ fishing boat off the ground during winter. Height was perfect and adjustable to make sure the wheels of the trailer were off the ground. They also were stable enough for me to walk around on the boat and do some spring cleaning before the first launch of the year.
