Best Air Line System I've Installed in 40 Years

I have built out several shops over my 40 years in business and have installed my fair share of copper air lines. This air compressor piping system is amazing! It is easy to install, easy to cut, and easy to assemble. The fittings go together quickly, and the overall quality is excellent. The price is also outstanding. I shopped around extensively online, and this was the best value I found for a system of this type. I've had my air lines installed for several months now with zero issues. We regularly have 10–15 employees running air sanders and other pneumatic equipment for 10 hours a day, and the system has performed flawlessly. I highly recommend this product for shops of any size. It provides professional results, saves installation time, and costs significantly less than traditional copper piping systems.

NO ADDITONAL CONNECTORS OR FITTINGS CAN BE PURCHASED. The product itself seems to be of good quality though we are not able to install the product. We need additional fittings and connectors to properly install our tubing kit and have been informed by the brand we CANNOT purchase them separately. Advise anyone to make sure what they provide in the kit will complete your installation or, like us, you will be stuck with a kit that cannot be used.

This air line kit has been a great upgrade for my workshop setup. The tubing feels very durable, the fittings seal tightly without leaks, and the airflow stays strong and consistent throughout the system. Installation took a little patience because the tubing is fairly stiff, but once everything was mounted it looked clean and worked perfectly. I also appreciated that the kit came with plenty of accessories to get started right away. Overall, it’s a high-quality system that performs well under pressure and feels like it will last for years in a home or professional shop.

Air Line Kit

Difficult to work with, very hard to get straight. Kid is not very well thought out you were more than likely need to purchase additional elbows in order to use this kit. If you don’t mind it not being straight it’s a good kid. If you are running more than 5 foot section at a time definitely recommend having a second person to help install it. Once put together sealed very well, but not very aesthetically pleasing because it’s so difficult to get straight.

Nice product. All works good. The reason for two 4 star comments is only because the product is very difficult to straighten as I'm sure any brand would be. Also the brand should at least make available, extra fittings as what is included would rarely be enough.

Get the 200ft

I should've got the 200ft version, it comes with more fittings. 300ft kit works fine though

Quality of item is good and everything included in the box to install as advertised. Pipe was a little stiff to work with but perhaps the cold environment during installation did not help. 2nd time i have used the brand and both cases i have been happy with the product, the only negative i have to say is that items are advertised VAT included but this is not so, on both occasions i have had to pay the VAT when collected from the post office and this will limit me from using the brand in the future.

I needed 300 feet of no less than 3/4 inch air line for my shop. I looked at all the other materials like PVC. PEX, copper, galvanized steel ect. I was a little reluctant to try this new line as I already was good at installing the other ways and this is new to me. But it was specifically made for this application and the brand made it affordable. Long story short it is great. easy to install ect. My only complaint as others have said are the parallel threads used on the provided plugs for aluminum blocks provided instead of tapered pipe thread. No amount of tape and goo could seal it. However then I used 1/2 inch tapered thread pipe plugs ( not supplied ) and all was good.

Great airline kit for shops or home.

So I am a install tech for shop equipment, like lifts, compressors, tire machines etc, and I've used this kit 3 times now and all 3 turned out awesome. I will add some pics later. But I would say it solved air volume issues and all 3 places were happy with it. So if you take your time and use a good amount of good thread tape, not the crap they include with kit, but the pink stuff, I think you'll like it.

Could be perfect with a slight upgrade

The whole kit is pretty well made and easy to install. It could be supplied with a few more fittings or a choice to get more for peace of mind. My only concern is the aluminum block that they supply with the kit is useless. All of the 4 port are made using straight (parrallel) thread and all the fitting are NPT, but the thread is so loose every fitting thread will bottom without even starting to get tight. This would require a huge amount of teflon tape and would still be very leak prone, but the other problem is the kit doesn't supply enough plug or fitting to block all the unused port so you couldn't even use all the supplied block even if you wanted/needed. I ended up making my own aluminum block with just 1x in and 1x out, with proper NPT thread. Looks badass.

I like this product it’s easy to use and reasonable I like it but does no good at all the new compressor I bought never worked I mean never I’ve got air lines hooked up but no air to put in them

Very decent for the coin

Appears to be much the same as the first branded kit that Google will find you for almost a third the price. The fittings are easy to use and likely will be more than you'll need. You will likely need more brass plugs than are supplied but these are cheap to obtain from any hardware store. Installation is not a one person job as the hose is very hard to manage. More elbows may be handy but you could possibly use irrigation compression fittings eg Philmac at a pinch. My setup sealed up at first attempt...

Overall happy with this product. One problem is the aluminum blocks are not tapered threads, making it unnecessarily difficult to seal. Not a deal breaker, but an irritation.

Not an easy install but worth it. Connectors did not leak. This stuff is stiff and a bit difficult to straighten. I used 1 1/4" PVC as a straightening device.

Excellent kit. Easy to install and the fittings worked great. No leaks and worked great to expand the air system in the new 40x80 shop. Would have rated 5 stars but the inability to order extra fittings for further customization of the kit is a bit of a problem. Perhaps this will be corrected in the future.

3/4 shop air supply

3/4" line is a little stiff and not the easiest to get 100% straight but that was to be expected. Fittings and clips are nice with water drains if plumbed correct. No leaks at first with 160 psi line pressure but one of the slide in pipes started leaking in attic after inspection one of the seals had torn not sure if it was pressure or installation that damaged it replaced seal dropped line pressure to 90 psi haven't had any issues since

This is very good product. Easy to setup. I run 175psi in my shop and has no leaks. Would buy it again.

Nice kit at a great price. I did have to purchase some other fittings to tie it all in with my system. There are some good You Tube videos on the installation.

Air compressor kit

Works very well. Easy to install and seals well. Absolutely no leaks whatsoever on all connections. Mounting clips hold firmly. Only negative is the aluminum blocks aren't available separately.

Het materiaal ziet er degelijk uit en het pakket is mooi compleet: slang, koppelingen, t-stuk, hoekjes, slangklemmen. In de handleiding wordt gemeld dat de slang een vrij krappe bocht kan maken, maar het materiaal is zo stug dat dit niet lukt. Voor hobbygebruik is de slang wel onnodig dik. Montagemateriaal ziet er degelijk uit, maar omdat nog niet alles gemonteerd is, is de luchtdichtheid van de kogelkraantjes nog niet te controleren. Als extra heb je nog nodig: slang van compressor naar het 1e aansluitblok, verlopen en snelkoppelingen om slangen aan te sluiten op de outlets.
