Missed fill lines inside pot for less than 100 cup
Works fine and made excellent coffee for our group. Missed very helpful marks on the inside of the pot for 32 and 64 cups. This pot only has a maximum fill line.

Product reviews
Great coffee maker
I really like it, easy to use. Do not use the recipe that comes with it, for a full amount of water I only used 350 grams of coffee. It takes between 45 to 60 minutes to be ready.
only shows 60 cup marking
Package arrived damaged ... product dented ... (fed ex) Coffee urn sems to be built with quality in mind .. if yiou want to do 60 cups for your event, this a good product .. but.. if you only want to do, say 20/30 cups there are no markings to show water levels ........
Works fantastic- No issues at all...
I care for 10 men who are coffee fiends. we make a full pot twice a day. We have used it for months. no problems !

Coffee pot
Arrived on time. No damage seen. Nice finish. Good for making large amount of coffee and keeps it warm a long time. Have only used for a short time so not sure how long it will last.
Owner
Works well. Would appreciate an on/off switch, teaching past the hot urn is dangerous
Chairman
Very simple and easy to use, bought for a weekly meeting group, perfect!
Business Owner
The coffee urns work well, however one has already broken within just two months of regular, light use. Very disappointed.
Mr coffee
This was a great buy I do flea markets and I hate spending money on coffee every morning so I bought this and make coffee for everyone
Great coffee urn
Purchased this for use at events. Has worked great so far. Does exactly what it is suppose to do. Super hot coffee.
Gr at for coffee - but handle broke on second use
Plastic handle that holds lid broke, on second use. I'm guessing it was cracked or something maybe during shipping cause it's a clean break. Otherwise the coffee maker was great work for office parties.
Manager
Great product, wish the legs were a little longer
Works, but has its downfalls
The only negative thing I can say regarding this urn is the coffee basket holes are too large. We do not use this coffee urn at a church or community center etc. This is our home coffee pot since we received it. We have to use a paper filter in the basket to keep the coffee grounds from falling through. I do wish it had a temp dial on it. When the coffee gets low, around the 3 - 4 cup level, the heating element burns the coffee.
Location Assistant
The stem does not fit in the hole like it should. This causes water to spray out thru the vents on the lids and make a mess on the countertop.

Coffee urn
Great service. Great quality
