Easy to assemble and comfortable
Great chair and comfortable. Having the cup holder was nice. My first order had a broken rivet and the brand's support did a fantastic job replacing the chair. Their support was amazing and stayed connected with me through the replacement.
Very firm
It's fine for others but it's just not for me.
Not worth it
Had high hopes for this. Unfortunately does not fold up or down very easy and the ‘swing’ to change the angle of recline is so stiff it honestly takes the hardest effort to get into a recline of any angle. I have stopped using it now.
Extreme Quality
The most significant aspect of this chair is the incredible quality, of both the build and the materials. I am over 100kg and there is no problem with this chair easily accommodating me. It folds away handily, is very comfortable, easy to adjust the angle of the backrest and footrest, and it is easy to lock and unlock in the desired position. The folding legs are a separate mechanism from the reclining parts, they can be locked in position, and are extremely stable and sturdy. The detachable shelf is handy as it holds two cups as well as a phone and tablet. The cushion is easily removable for washing, or even if you wanted to replace it with one of your own choosing. I have even customized my chair by adding a pool noodle to the footrest for additional soft padding!

This is the most comfortable chair i have owned, would definitely recommend it. Lightweight, sturdy and easy storage. Winning purchase.

Fiber coming out cushion
Chair is well built and very comfortable to sit in. I bought 2 of them. Strap that holds pillow on one of them has broken already. Had them for 1 month. Cushions are black. Fiber fill comes thru the outer cover and looks like hair on the cushions. Very un happy with this.
Are they prone to rust?
Very comfortable chairs, lovely cushions, reclines easily. A big issue is they appear to be rusting or at least rust stained in less than one month. I worry what they willl be like by end of Summer.
How to lose your chair to a service dog
I have no idea how good this chair is, i've had it for a few days now and have spent maybe two hours in it. However, my service dog has claimed it and hasn't moved. I think I lost my chair and may have to buy another...for me.

I bought this chair thinking it seemed nice... but it is even better than I thought it would be! It is not just nice, it is fantastic. The cushion is soft touch and comfortable. I could sleep in that chair! And the lock to ensure the chair remains locked in the correct position is make of good quality steel instead of cheap plastic like a lot of other Zero Gravity chair I seen in my life!
So far a great chair except the cushion
The cushion is very cheaply made little straps ripped off instantly little pocket at the top to put over the top bar ripped instantly. Other than that the cushion is still useful I will sew new straps onto it the chair is absolutely perfect exactly what I wanted something to recline on outside. I will just look at the cushion as being a bonus.

This is a really well built, large, comfortable, substantial deckchair. It is easy to unfold and adjust, with clear simple instructions. Judging by the quality and the design I would expect this chair to last for many, many years. It also comes with a well designed and similarly sturdy drinks holder. I have ordered 4 more.

it took me a while to figure out how to use the recline ZERO gravity because i was letting my house guest use the chair but once i got to use it i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT WITH OR WITHOUT THE CUSHION AND HEAD REST. only one problem i have experienced in the time i have used it is the PIN that prevents it from folding up keeps falling out so i am careful when i have to move the chair about.
Frame is made out of strong steel but padding is not soft enough.Both for the cushion and the pillow
First, I would say, I love the way this chair is designed with the steel framing, which is an upgrade from a chair of a different brand that I ordered, which had cheap plastic aluminum that snapped after only two days. I would have given this a perfect 5 stars. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the padding that comes with it is a little too thin for my liking. I wish it had much thicker padding. I am a big guy, so cushion is definitely needed for my backside. I'm not saying that it's uncomfortable; it could just be more comfortable. Also, it could have come with a footrest pad to rest your feet, so you're not resting them on the hard metal at the bottom. The locking mechanisms are very easy to use. It seems to be sturdy and upright. The chair folds in very easily, almost perfectly, making it easy to squeeze into tight, narrow spaces for storage. It's a little overpriced, since it's very hard to recline back; you have to throw all your weight backward to actually kick it into recline mode. But it's not a bad chair. I was looking for something stronger and more reinforced, and I found it. I bought a protection plan with it just in case I had the same issue as I did with a prev…

Camping savior!
I sleep in a recliner, which makes camping almost impossible (unless I sleep in the car, ugh), until now. This beauty is light enough to pick up and put it in my trunk, pop it into my tent. I was very skeptical at first, I read a LOT of reviews before buying, but I am very happy with this chair. It holds my weight, which impresses me no end - I'm just south of 400lbs. Despite what you read in the bad reviews, sometimes you win. This chair has been good to me! It's showing no signs of falling apart.

Fauteuil acheté en août 2026. Je l'utilise désormais à la maison. Il est plus confortable qu'un canapé et très peu encombrant dans le salon. Mes moment de lecture sont confortables avec les accoudoirs. Je l'ai recommandé à ma sœur. Elle a souvent mal au dos . Elle l'a testé aussi et se sent bien maintenue. Bien reçu sans anomalie. En revanche je n' ai pas trouvé l'astuce pour lever la partie des jambes quand on est assis sur la chaise. Je suis obligée de me mettre à côté de la chaise, relever la partie des jambes, verrouiller. Mais très difficile dans ce cas de s'assoir. Quelqu un a t-il une astuce que je n'ai pas comprise car les bras du siège ne se soulèvent pas. Merci.
Chaisse longue
Dernièrement j'ai acheté cette chaisse longue. El est bien pratique et on est bien assis ou couché dessus. Une observation la barre du bas aurais mité d'être recouverte d'un tissus, car parfois mes pied son en contacte avec la barre est crée une douleur. Le support à gobelet meriterais d'être un peu plus grand. Autrement elle est parfaite

Imposible hacer una devolución
El proceso de compra fue fácil. El pedido se procesó rápidamente, el tiempo de envío fue correcto y las sillas llegaron bien se supone porque solo hemos abierto una. Sin embargo, tras montarla comprobé que abierta ocupa mucho espacio, explicación que no quedaba claramente indicada en detalles. Abrí la incidencia Ticket #[eliminado] el 06 de agosto y aporté fotografías, así como imágenes adicionales para ayudar al departamento técnico a valorar el problema. Hemos cruzado correos pero después de contestarle con capturas de pantalla, a día de hoy sigo esperando una respuesta técnica y una propuesta de solución. espero resolver la incidencia, devolver los productos o encontrar una solución. Actualizaré esta reseña si resuelve satisfactoriamente la incidencia.
