It is sturdy and thick which is good. But the white soles of my training shoes became dark so the matt leaves color. After only a few times of using it, visible stains from indoor shoes stays permanently.
Good mat for the price
Price is great and shipping was fast. All came in good shape. One small negative was that the mat had a distinctive "factory" chemical smell on unpacking and the surface felt a bit weird, like leaving a bit of vax-ish feeling on touch, so I washed it before first use on body thoroughly and I had to ventilate it for some days. Otherwise I am satisfied.

We bought this for using in front of my husbands board tennis training board for a non slip surface. Works great. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but customer service was responsive to our questions.
