So frustrating. If you are using an adjustable curtain rod it will not make it over the tiny bump between the two. They give you silicone tape but it comes right off.

Unreliable
Very tricky to setup, instructions poor. App is not great. You want to reverse the motor? It doesn't acknowledge that it is done, nothing changes on the screen so you try again still nothing. Now you don't know if you have succeeded or not. Makes setting up painful. But worse of all, I bought two units, specifically to close both curtains in a room while away. One of the units decided to lose connection to the router while I'm away on hols. Now I don't know what the status of one of the curtains. Is one open and one closed?? Completely failed as regards making the house look occupied, if anything it has made it worse. Nothing can be done without being within Bluetooth range to reactive the connection.
Keeps getting stuck!
Did not work for my curtains and I have typical common Roman curtains that you buy from any home store. It keeps getting stuck. Trying to get a refund right now. Hopefully the refund process is smooth.
Works nicely
The product works just as described. Installation took some time but the result is worth it — runs smoothly.
Very poor
Bought these for our bedroom curtains. They took quite a while to set up, we have curtains with eyelets and the supplied chord was so annoying to set up and took so long to position it right. Once that was done, we turned on the devices, they squeak so loudly and one of them will not go to the centre position, it stops about 70% of the way. I’m very disappointed in these.

The automatic curtain closers didn’t pair right out of the box. I spent my spare time trying to get them to work. Nearly nine hours later they still didn’t work. I entered into a dialogue with their “customer service”. They sent me a YouTube link to pair the curtain closers, which did not work. I am an IT professional, so believe me I followed the directions. Great…when it works…
Setup was pretty easy. Battery life is very weak…these open and close once per day and are lucky if they last 2-3 weeks on a full charge. Master unit will not stop charging and show full on the battery indicator. Slave unit charges and indicates full.
Terrible Product
The app is glitchy and does not work with the product. The product came with a remote which it responds too but once you set the opening and closing distances the devices forget them and only open or close partially, which is always some random distance apart.

Very Disappointed – Defective Product and No Support
I purchased a curtain opener from the brand expecting it to work as advertised. Unfortunately, it never worked properly right out of the box. I reached out to the brand's customer service to request a refund or at least an exchange, but they refused to take it back. It’s frustrating to be stuck with a defective product and no resolution. I expected better quality control and support from a company selling specialized equipment. This experience has been disappointing, and I would caution others to be careful before buying

No me gustaron. demasiado grande el motor, no es compatible con otros hub de tuya, el USB Wifi que trae es muy impractico. al decir que es compatible con tuya, pense que todo el emparejamiento tambien era compatible con tuya, pero no es asi. intente linkearlo con un Hub. multiplataformas, sin exito. tampoco me gusta que no se pueden trabajar de manera independiente. me gustaria devolverlo y que den mi reembolso.

Product is moeilijk in te regelen en via de app niet goed aan te sturen. Geeft vaak storing en moet dan weer gekalibreerd worden wat erg tijdrovend is.
