How much is postage?
£7.90 per order, with tracked shipping. Free from £150.
How long is delivery?
Furniture and home goods: 2 to 6 working days in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain; 5 to 12 working days in the other EU countries and on the islands. Canvas prints: produced in the EU + delivered within 3-8 working days. Country-specific details in «Shipping and delivery».
Can I return an item?
Yes: within 14 days of receipt, no explanation needed. Custom canvases with your own image cannot be returned for regret, except in case of defect.
Can I use my own photo for a canvas?
Yes. Custom canvases are printed using your image on gallery canvas, made within the European Union.
Do you issue invoices with VAT?
Yes, VAT is applied according to the delivery country (OSS scheme).
