Payment is made when you place your order, on a secure, encrypted page. The available methods depend on the country of delivery and are always shown at checkout.
In all countries
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and the other networks shown at checkout, with 3-D Secure authentication.
- Express payment — Apple Pay and Google Pay, on compatible devices and browsers.
- Klarna — pay in instalments or later; the options depend on the country and on approval by Klarna.
In Portugal
- MB WAY — confirm the payment in the app on your mobile phone.
- Multibanco — you receive a reference to pay at a Multibanco ATM or via online banking.
Local methods in other countries
When available for your country: Bizum (Spain), Bancontact (Belgium), BLIK (Poland), Satispay (Italy), MobilePay (Denmark and Finland) and Twint (Switzerland).
Security
We do not see or store your card details: payments are processed by Shopify's payment platform and, in the case of Klarna, by Klarna itself. We will never ask you for payment by other means, to personal accounts or outside this store — see the fraud alert.
The refund of a return or a cancellation is made using the same means of payment.
