Post remover worked well

I used this to remove the shorter step in round electric fence posts. It worked well but I did have to use a chain to wrap the post. After a few I got the hang of it and was done very quickly. In severely dry hard ground I removed fifty posts by myself in about one hour. The first three took the longest until I developed my technique.

This is a great tool. The hook at the end of the chain bent on the first pole. Switched to a chain I owned and this tool worked great. I pulled 20 poles no issue. The chain link on the pull head is kind of in an awkward position to get the chain hooked up but you get used to it. I would highly recommend this tool.

Usefull device

Pulling T posts is vry easy with this device. Wrapping included chain and pull - done. Great toll. Very durable. Making pulling posts an easy task.

This is a total back saver for me.. I use fence post in my garden when weaving tomatoes and beans. This made getting the post out so much easier.

Used too pull post out of the ground about 2inch round .latch for the chain broke first time using . But pulled with no problem.

Removed T Posts with minimal effort.

Works well, got all the T posts removed that I needed. Didn't take much effort either, so it's very functional.

Bad delivery

The puller works great but whoever delivered it left it thrown beside the driveway about 20 feet from the road. Our driveway is about 1/4 mile long. We were glad it was not stolen

Essential w Fix

This is an essential tool for pulling metal fence post out of the ground. I ordered the 36" vs 24" for extra leverage. I recently pulled a dozen metal posts up that I previously was wondering about the how. The puller I received needed this minor modification (pictured). I rounded off pull handle at metal post grabber; so the metal post grabber could swing fully (otherwise it won't work). 5 stars for $46 I paid. Great choice.

Works as described. I am a weakling lady and i was able to take this outside and pull up all my posts so easy and in just a few minutes. They were in stubborn red clay but this had no problem popping it right out. It is heavy and well made. I highly recommend.

Works Great and Well worth the Price

Works absolutely amazing!!! I took down an old deck and wood fence and used this to pop more than 30 4x4 wood posts out of the ground that were buried 3-4 feet. It made thd job very, very easy and was well worth the price!!!

Works amazing!

The unit worked exactly as described. I was very skeptical that it would work. The T posts were 3+ feet into the ground and after an initial real tug down the post loosened, then as described the unit essentially ratcheted like in 3” increments until I could then just pull it out by hand. I did 10 posts in about 15 min. Note these were in clay/dirt for over 2 years. I would recommend putting a 2x6 or so under base so it doesn’t sink into the ground while pulling out post. Highly recommended!

For quite some time I had to really work to get the t bars posts out of the ground, this tool made it so simple, shame on me for not buying one sooner,

This broke the first time we used it. The brand has still failed to reposed to three defective products that im waiting on. Tpost puller, large mixer and a pressure washer. Buyer beware they are all made with cheap material and will break with no help for return or replacement for the defective goods.

Great to pull posts!

Great tool for removing t-posts and old fence posts. Easy to use and takes up little space when stored back in the box.

Right tool for the job

I spent 40 minutes with a shovel digging up 5 t-bar fence posts. Then I realized that there had to be a tool that could help. Enter this t-post puller! It is a bit heavy, but well made. I pulled over 60 more t-bar posts in less than two hours. It takes more time to walk between the posts than it does to pull them with this tool. It's definitely a specialty tool. I don't know if I'll find too many other uses for it, but if I never use it again it is still worth the cost.

Awesome tool. Pulls out T post that have been in the ground a long time, effortlessly. Lighter and easier to use than a high lift Jack. So much better on the back. Keep it in back of gator all the time. I found it has other uses than just pulling post.

It works but not easily.

Works but it is not easy. The spring clip that attaches the hook to the chain broke after about 6 t bar posts. The t bars did not have teeth so had to wrap the chain and hook around them but with some effort it did work.

Very Handy Tool

I'm 60 and I have a BIG garden and Chickens and Bees so I'm always putting up T-posts and then taking them down to reconfigure things in my yard. In the past I always "wiggled" the post until I could pull it up but that is exhausting in the southern heat and would take a long time. I just pulled up 16 T-posts with this tool in no time at all and it was easy. It's a little pricey for what it is but it works! My only real "con" with it is that there is no diagram how to use it (especially with the chain and plate), I had to go to YouTube to figure out the best way to use it. I would recommend this to anyone needing to remove T-Posts.

The puller itself works great, but the link to attach the chain is made of a soft metal and twisted the first time using the chain.

Overall, the product works great and offers excellent value for the price. It has saved me significant time by reducing the amount of digging required. One suggestion for improvement would be to incorporate a wider base, which would provide more surface area leverage during use.

I wasn’t expecting the performance to be this good. I live in the Sonoran desert in Arizona, where hardened clay mixed with rock and caliche make for a difficult t-post set, and an even more challenging post removal. This t-post pulled was amazing. It could not pull them out right away, but I expected that. I dug a 6-8” hole on the opposite side of each post, soaked them with water for 15 minutes, and they all came out with some muscle and a little repetition. This puller is highly functional, easy to use, of moderate weight, sturdy and durable, and was a great value for the price. I strongly recommend the 36” t-post puller!

Love it. I use to remove hundreds of tomato stakes as well as a few T-posts. No more breathing diesel fumes. My grandsons compete on pulling stakes.

This thing is extremely well built and weighs like it. It's VERY good at pulling T bar posts. The leverage makes stubborn posts come up easily. Not much muscle required. Just hook it up, grab the lever and use your body weight to force it down.

Helpful tool

I tried using the tool but had issues actually extracting the posts. I then decided to get a piece of square tubing to act as an extension bar. The tubing was maybe 3ft, and the extra leverage was a huge help. I was able to extract a post in a minute or two with no difficulty. The post puller is well made and should last nearly a lifetime. If the extension was included...5 stars.

Great tool for removing t-posts!!!

This tool was very easy to assemble. And very easy to use. Lots of effort to get the first post out - 4' in the ground. Base of tool needs to be against t-post for best results. Once we got the first post out the rest we're quick to remove. Sort of like a rachet - lifting about 3" at a time. I would buy again but dont need a second puller . . .

Works SO WELL like pulling posts out of butter. Can lift the arm up and down like a car jack, it self adjusts and grabs again flawlessly. Definitely worth the investment over a farm jack. (I own one of those as well)

respect the tool. it is heavy and you need adequate space to assemble it.

purchased the post puller after trying to remove t posts that I drove into the ground more than five years ago to steady palms in a planter that fell over in the slightest winds. after cutting the palms down removing the t posts became an embarrassing issue. purchased the post puller was able to remove the t posts with ease. used the included chain and puller plate to pull out the first set and tried out the puller at the end of the lever. both worked like a charm.

Big bang for your bucks

Clearing out some of the wooded area in our backyard, and it was impossible to to get the construction barrier fencing out. Purchased for my hubs and he was so stoked to use it! Takes a little getting used to, but after the third one, he was pulling them out with ease. Great price (lower than any of the area big box stores) and super fast shipping (was supposed to get here on a Wednesday and arrived on Saturday).

OMG, this is amazing!! Very heavy and strong material. You literally could not break this if you tried. I pulled up 16 t-posts this morning in about 40 minutes. These posts were put in about 15 years ago and were overgrown with roots and vegetation. This tool pulled them right up. Awesome tool!!

Well built. Easy to use . Pulled 8 ft t post that was in hard dried out clay. Had a 6 ft cheater pipe and it came out.

Works pretty decent for pulling ground stakes. The carabiner clip was weak and bent on the first use. Wrapped the chain for grip instead of the hook system.
