Operation is simple: place dry materials in the tank, ensuring they cover the long blade but do not exceed 2/3 of capacity. Fully close the lid to activate the machine. After 5 minutes of use, the machine should rest for 5 to 10 minutes. For cleaning, use only a dry cloth or brush, avoiding direct contact of the grinding tank with water.

Overall love this powerhouse. Though the cleaning can be a pain at times even with the rice trick. Note Items such as dehydrated fruit cause a little extra work. BUT it’s better than others I’ve used for that. It creates fine perfect powder.

Powerful and grinds wheat berries into fine flour
So far, I have ground two batches of hard wheat berries mixed with spelt and did not bother to double grind or strain them before using them in baking. The results of about one minute of grinding had very fine flour. I did not smell any burning. I saw a spark once when I started and the motor does get hot but this works like a champ.

Honestly I was going to give this machine four stars since I experienced an incredibly shaky start. At first, I followed the video exactly. Nothing happened. The light came on but the motor was not engaging. I poured out the rice and tea twice to make sure the blades weren't jammed by the rice. They were not. I tried plugging and unplugging. Letting it sit for 10 minutes, etc. Still nothing. I know nothing about motors so after looking at the instructions again, page 16 has brush replacement instructions, I thought maybe this machine has a dud brush. So I took them out (what do I know about brushes?) compared them to the spare set that comes with the unit. They looked the same. So I put them back in. Tried again, the machine did turn on for about 2 seconds, then the motor emitted a huge blue spark (thankfully I was doing this outside on a brick patio with no fire hazards around) and STOPPED. So I came inside and wrote up a ticket to get some help or advice. I kept thinking about how it worked after the brushes were reinstalled...even if only for two seconds. So I took the brushes out. One of them was completely flat and burnt. I had only put the black cap back in level with the sid…

I purchased about a month ago to start my journey into fresh milled flour. The price was outstanding and I love my machine. It’s a bit messy but that’s par for the course with this style of grinder. I don’t know what the flour looks like using those high priced mills so I can’t comment on fineness, but I’ve successfully made breads, cookies, and pasta. Perfect choice for a beginner. This machine is a workhorse.

This grinder is super awesome. Product arrived days early which was amazing. Well packaged. Same day I received it I made dill powder, tomato powder, smoked chipotle. You definitely ant to make sure things are well dried before putting in. I learned my lesson with tomatoes. But very strong motor, solid build. Would def. Recommend!

Great product
I highly recommend this grinder to make chickpea flour. Chickpea is a hard bean, but this machine had no problem grinding the bean into a powder where I could now make bread without any preservatives.
Grinding wheat not microplastics
I am loving this grain mill. One of the most important things I look for in new products is reduced use of plastics. I love that there is limited plastic (knobs only) on this mill and so I am not grinding microplastics into my flours. It is sturdy but compact. We do give a "loudness" warning when using it though because it is indeed loud. Cleaning has been a breeze with the shiny steel bowl, however it does take a bit of time getting in all the nooks and crannies. Overall for price, I would recommend this grain mill. I would give 4.5/5 but that's not an option...the .5 reduction is due to the noise level of the mill.

Very good mill for grinding, in my case cereals like wheat and rye mostly. Capacity is sufficient for home use, flour gets right consistent depending on how long time you are grinding. Highly recommended :-)

This is so awesome. I have made instant mashed potatoes 50 lbs of spuds processed . Processed 4 bags of peaches and cream corn to powder. Bought a 150 mesh sieve from you. Wanted to make flour
I wanted to buy a mill which can make millet and flour aswell. According to the description and the photos at the web it is able to make flour. But the perforadet plate with the smallest holes are not small enough to make flour from wheat, corn, or etc. Even if I mill it several time one after the other. It would be advised to give a perforated plate whith smaller holes such as 1-1.5 mm in diameter. I tried to buy it separatly, but is seems impossible. So I can't use it for I wanted originally. Sad about that.
