The 2020 aluminium profile is the ideal structural solution for those seeking precision and durability in technical projects. Made from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with an anodised finish, this extruded linear rail offers superior longevity, resistant to corrosion, oxidation, and scratches, maintaining its integrity in both humid indoor environments and outdoor spaces exposed to sun and rain.
This system is quick and efficient to assemble, fully compatible with standard T-slot nuts. Thanks to the accessories included in the set, no extra equipment is needed, allowing construction to begin straight from the packaging. The extrusion design simplifies modular structure setup, reducing assembly time and effort to secure parts.
This 2020 aluminium profile is suitable for manufacturers, DIY enthusiasts, and professional builders. It’s the perfect choice for building frames for 3D printers, CNC machines, workbenches, technical furniture, and display racks requiring a solid and stable support.
Tracked shipping across the European Union. Free shipping, except to the islands (calculated at checkout, by weight). Returns within 14 days — see Refund Policy.

Bad size and incorrect profile
- The extrusion's external dimensions are undersized (19.8mm, not 20mm). - More importantly, it's v-slots are oversized, meaning that 2020 carriages are unable to ride along the extrusion making it useless for this purpose. - Furthermore, the groove is not a v-shape as is advertised, but a step shape that causes further issues. Would only possibly suit structural uses where the dimensions are unimportant and no carriages are being used.
This is possibly smaller than you think
This is some TINY stuff. It is the exact measurements as described but of course, in my head I believed I was picturing 4040...which was not available in these sizes, etc. Let's see I can get the strength I need with ladder build or doubling. Yikes this stuff is TINY!
