Great Value and easy setup. I would like a sight glass or window on the top filling tank. Filters do their job and have taken out the chlorine smell. Great little setup. Nice stand with gasket. No leaking. Good taste. Feels like quality material.

Best water filter ever

We purchased this about a year ago now. Absolutely love it. With well water we were looking for good drinking water and this unit has proved itself.

Everything works perfectly. It filters fast, easy to clean, the water tastes great. I was most surprised by the attention to details, like the extra plugs. The best was the size. Not too big like the others which is great for not having stale water there. I refill daily. One suggestion: when advertising use the metric system instead of this medieval, archaic, irrational imperial system that only 3 countries in the world insist in using. Use Liters, not gallons, ounces… But about the product: 5 deserved stars.

This system works. Prior to using it the water coming from our municipal taps could make you puke but using this unit makes it consumable and I no longer have to purchase RO water from the store.

Does the job very well

Very happy with my purchase. It is big enough for a single or small family. Good to take out camping and collapses into its self to save space. Great tasting water, and helps remove a lot of toxins that come out of the tap. Obviously depends on whereabouts that you live and your water quality. I'm very happy. Just deducted 1 star as finding replacement filters for this gravity tank, was not possible.

Better than expected.

Well worth the money. Solid high quality build. Aesthetically pleasing. Perfect size for the kitchen or camping.

Good value for the money but damaged filter

I have not used this yet, but the build quality looks like a good unit. Only complaint is one filter candles has something loose inside which knocks around when inverted, the second filter does not. I assume it is the charcoal inner filter that has broken loose but have been unable to get a response from the brand to determine if this degrades the filters' function.

It totally works

If there is one word to describe this water filter it is "fantastic" our well water is safe to drink but the taste is not good at all. Now with this water filter it's great, no smell no nasty taste.

Easy to set up & calibrate filters. Water tastes fresh and cleaner than the city water. Less expensive than the look-alike competitor. I haven’t experienced any leaking. Very shiny and easy to wipe off fingerprints with a damp rag.

Around a month ago purchased Gravity fed filter system and already spotted rusty stains on the bottom compartment!!!!!!!!! The system stopped working so I wanted to clean it and see what happened. Then I discovered those rusty stains Not only that I am still filtering water after Gravity fed filter system because it doesn’t filter all the residue from the water. For that purpose I have to get another filtering system or different filters. Which I was thinking to get separately. But now not sure if it’s to do so. Worst part of the story that I was so happy to have such a great filtering system, stopped buying bottled water so I have recommended it to few of my friends. Trusted the brand a lot. Absolutely disappointed Please sort this issue ASAP

Great dispenser, not so great white filters

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love the dispenser. But, I accidentally ordered the white filters and they're not great. I'll replace with better filters and I'll probably use this dispenser for ever.

I’ve had this since February- I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It’s not too small, not too big. Hold a lot of water, clean taste, and is easy to put together. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

Take your time to do it right.

It took me a bit to set it up. The manual helped some but not enough for someone not necessarily technically skilled. I couldn’t find an appropriate YouTube video for a step by step tutorial. I watched videos of other gravity-fed filtration system set ups until I got it right! I primed the filters with a medical needleless syringe. The manual had not given this type of detailed instruction. On another video they showed a priming system device that hooks to the faucet and the filter and primes with slight pressure. The 20 cc syringe I used did the same thing. I am pleased , nothing leaks and the water tastes great.

Faster fill

I found taking the filters out to fill them was too cumbersome.Just leave the filters in,drill an1/8"hole in the top of each filter (fill tank)and after filter has filled plug with a dowel or better a small pan head stove bolt.This will seal the filter and allow it to filter water inside the tank to do its thing

Facile à monter, malgré une notice en anglais. Normalement une notice en français et obligatoire pour la France. Surtout que c'est pour la purification de l'eau potable.

Un petit commentaire bon produit déjà inox donc par rapport à la concurrence plutôt interessant niveau prix Attention pas de socle, donc prévoir 15/20 en plus pour avoir un socle en bois Pour les personnes qui ne savent pas lire les instructions, pour que l’eau passe ds les filtres il faut bien tremper le filtre, filet d’eau ds l’orifice du filtre Comme ça vous avez de l’eau directement et pas comme certains commentaires qui raconter n’importe quoi Très bon produit pour le prix à voir avec le temps maintenant…. Si qualitatif ou non !!

Der Wasserfilter ist fantastisch! Ich merke schon jetzt den Unterschied zwischen Leitungswasser und gefiltertem Wasser. Anfangs erschien mir die Vorbereitung des Filters etwas kompliziert, aber mit dem richtigen Zubehör war es ganz einfach. Die Installations- und Vorbereitungsmethoden sollten aber definitiv verbessert werden. Trotzdem vergebe ich 5 Sterne für die Wasserqualität – ein echter Gamechanger! Unbedingt ausprobieren!
