Lightweight and easy to knock over. Im afraid for any kids playing around this safe because it could easily be pulled over and fall on a child. I have a two year old. Also showed up damaged and i’m having a very hard time returning it. It is taking me more time to assist in the return than expected and is still dragging out. Im very disappointed with this item.

Great for Price Category

Considering the sale price I paid for it I am very pleased. The metal is every thin, the handle is wobbly, the shelf will be lucky to support 3 pounds. Everything on this cabinet is made to a price point but it works. If you are looking for something very basic then this may be for you. They did a very nice job including the pistol holders, foam rifle pads, and various shelving. Has a nice amount for storage for its size. Another big plus is if you need something that you may need to move in the future then this will not be a problem. It would be great for someone in an apartment where you wouldn't be allowed to put huge anchors in the floor or walls.

Solid build, peace of mind

We keep a couple of rifles at the farm and this cabinet has put my mind at rest. It's heavy and solidly built. Inside there's plenty of room, and the shelf lifts out when I need space for the shotgun.

Great gift for a lifelong shooter

Bought this for my dad who has been shooting for years and never had a proper safe. He was genuinely surprised when it arrived -- said it was the most thoughtful gift he had gotten in ages. He is not techy at all but managed the fingerprint programming just fine. Mum is happy because the spare bedroom no longer has rifles leaning against the wall. Solid buy, would recommend.

Better fit for smaller spaces

I keep it in a narrow storage room and the footprint works better than some wider cabinets I looked at before.

Quiet for late nights

Getting home late from the range, the last thing I need is a keypad that beeps and wakes everyone. This one opens quietly and my guns go straight in. Two months in, no complaints.

The upper locker is more useful than I expected

I originally bought it for the rifle storage, but the small upper compartment ended up being where I keep documents and smaller valuables.

Solved our storage nightmare

My husband had guns in cases shoved under the bed, in the wardrobe, basically anywhere they'd fit. Drove me insane. Bought this safe as a compromise. Took us a Sunday afternoon to bolt it to the garage wall. Now everything's in one place. The finger scanner means no fumbling with keys. The interior light is genuinely useful. My one wish: the shelf inside could be a bit deeper. Otherwise, it's exactly what we needed.

Gun safe

Nice size, good setup. Not as heavy duty as I would really like but serves the purpose. If I really wanted to break into the safe I have no doubt I could, however at this price point it is exactly what one should expect.

The safe arrived damaged and will not lock. Not sure how to return it since it is so large and bulky.

6 month update: holding up well with daily use

I wanted to use this for a while before reviewing. Six months in, I open it at least once a day (I shoot competitively). The fingerprint sensor is actually more reliable than the keypad — it's rarely failed to read my print. The keypad sometimes needs a firm press which can be annoying. The door hasn't sagged, the hinges are still tight, and the locking bolts engage cleanly. The interior LED still works perfectly. The paint has held up except for a tiny chip near the handle from my wedding ring. For the money, it's been excellent. Would I buy it again? Yes, but I'd probably go for the larger model next time as I've acquired another rifle since buying this one.

Easier Than Expected

I thought it would take time to adjust, but it felt natural quickly.

not safe !!!

I am dissatisfied with the Gun Cabinet for 6 Rifles. The cabinet has a lock that does not function properly. When locked using either the keypad or the key, I can open it with minimal force applied to the handle (practically with one finger). When the lock is unlocked, the handle moves smoothly. However, when the lock is engaged, the handle slightly catches at around 50% of its full rotation. With minimal force, I hear a clicking sound and the handle gives way, allowing the door to open. Even my 5-year-old son can open the cabinet this way without a key — which means he can access a cabinet full of ammunition and firearms.

Veel waar voor je geld

Deftige kluis, voor een kleine 300 euro kan ik er absoluut niet van klagen. De geweerhouders aan de zijkanten staan vast en kunnen niet verplaatst worden. Dit beperkt in zekere zin hoeveel wapens er effectief in kunnen. Lange wapens, type grendel met richtkijker, nemen veel plaats in waardoor ee daarvan geen 6 in de kluis passen. Het ingebouwd lichtje is verwaarloosbaar en belicht amper de binnenkant. Ik heb zelf een extra lamp voorzien. De houders aan de binnenkant van de deur is een mooie toevoeging. Ik kan hier zonder problemen mijn 2 pistolen in hangen. Het kleine kluisvak is groot genoeg voor wat munitie in weg te steken. Kortom voor 300 euro krijg je veel. Ik ben tevreden met de aankoop.

Per quanto riguarda il meccanismo di apertura è spazzatura.. cigola e fa rumore, sembra un giocattolo. La finitura interna del meccanismo è inesistente, la peggiore che ho mai visto, ma funziona. Inoltre ho avuto problemi con l'apertura con il tastierino ma ora sembra funzionare senza problemi dopo una trentina di aperture In sintesi: Lo consiglio per cominciare, fa perfettamente il suo lavoro, è disposto bene internamente ed ha spazio per tutto. Come detto però ha un meccanismo di apertura di scarsissima qualità, la peggiore mai vista, quindi se lo acquistate lo sapete

Produit conforme et satisfaisant

Bonjour. Coffre reçu aujourd'hui après plusieurs reports de livraison successifs. La documentation jointe n'est qu'en anglais. Il existe sur le site un document en français mais cette traduction serait perfectible. L'emballage du coffre est de bonne qualité et cela n'est pas superflu vu le nombre de traces de chocs plus ou moins importants que le colis a subi; le double emballage est vraiment justifié. Le produit parait solide et d'un rapport qualité/prix plus que correct compte tenu du niveau apparent des finitions. Je n'ai pas encore procédé au paramétrage des éléments de sécurité mais cela semble aisé. L'espace intérieur est spacieux et semble répondre à mes attentes. Toutefois il demande un petit aménagement de ma part pour pouvoir recevoir les armes avec lunette de tir montée sans risquer d'abimer celle-ci.

Endlich ein richtiger Waffenschrank

Zum 50. Geburtstag geschenkt. Er ist Jäger und hat seit Jahren von einem richtigen Waffenschrank geträumt. Die Wandmontage haben wir Samstag zusammen gemacht, ging wirklich einfach mit den vorgebohrten Löchern. Die LED innen ist Gold wert weil unser Keller kaum Licht hat. Fingerprint hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Einziges Manko: die Bedienungsanleitung ist etwas knapp gehalten.
