Use and Assembly
For correct use, the jack must be positioned vertically on the vehicle and used only on a flat surface. Hydraulic lift range is between 155 mm and 445 mm, adapting to different ground heights. For vehicles close to 5T load, direct connection to the vehicle's power source is recommended to ensure lift stability. The electric wrench includes two hex sockets compatible with 17/19mm and 21/23mm bolts.

opened packaged and found end of plug broken do to packaging. sent picture of damage. end within an hour of receiving it at my company. still can't get it replaced. they want pictures of the box it came in. after explaining there was nothing wrong with the box
FANTASTIC JACK
excellent purchase! i bought the jack to use on my UYV and it does a fantastic job. easy to use, love the storage box and has a really long stroke length which is required to lift the tires off the ground. overall i give 5 stars.
What's more convenient.
I havent had a chance to use it yet. But I would f rather had the battery operated, and remote control one. At the time I bought this I dont believe you had that one yet.im sure the product is good, the battery and remote one would of been easier for me.
It's always best to have a back up. Even with AAA.
I bought it in September to replace one i purchased earlier that came with an electric tire wrench as well. When I first went to use it to change a blown out tire the jack didn't work. But I called a friend who I talked into buying one as well and he came with his and it worked well. I got it because its compact and easier to transport than a shop floor jack and lately AAA. has taken too long for an simple tire service this time I waited 3hrs and 18 minutes I've used my new one and it works well. And I've recommended to my two brothers for emergency and quick maintenance like brake jobs it worked out well for that this past weekend.
Should work in a pinch
Received item with extremely fast shipping. Haven't used the item as of yet but upon inspection I feel it is decent quality, and a plus to have in my camper for flat tires or bad trailer bearings. Beats having to carry around a floor jack! Weak point I observed would probably be the electrical connections on both units. I visualize them getting pulled or stretched and contacts being severed. But as of right now I'm prepared for what the road has to offer. Satisfied purchase.
4.2 tons not 15 tons
This jack is built good, heavy and seems to operate smoothly but the brand uses questionable descriptions as too the lifting capacity. This jack is only rated for 4.2 tons, not 15 tons! Read carefully and don't be fooled! Do better the brand!
Great device until it broke. Get a warranty.
It did great for about 2 years. The air pump broke while I was trying to blow up my tires. The lift was great. Always picked up my jeep compass with no issues!
Very strong and heavy
Seems very strong. The only complaint I have is due to its larger size it would be very nice to have a water resistant plastic case since you have to put it in the back of your truck.

Wasn't sure if I'd like this, but when you're broke down and fighting looking for a jack and lug wrench, this is the tool to have. Gives you peace of mind and stores in a small space. Don't need to worry about batteries being charged either!
Bad charger
The charger is not working after 2 or 3 usages while it was loading the car . Very frustrating.

Needed this as an option for my Tesla. Should be perfect though I hope to never use it. Not sure if it was the shipping or the case itself but everything fell out when I opened it, so putting the small pieces in their spots could be interesting.

This thing is amazing. I’ve used it many times. Once a guy lost his boat on a side road and I stopped to help. Put it under the frame close to the tires and it still lifted the boat high enough to put the trailers jack down. Another time it lifted a dump box on a truck so I could get to the hydraulic reservoir underneath. I bought two of these. One for myself and one for my girlfriend. Highly recommend.

I wasted almost $200 and now I have to go back to a regular floor jack
I used three times, the floor jack get stuck half of the times on the way down I have to hit it with something in order to come down so I can take it out from under the vehicle, the impact wrench 😂😂😂 stoped working the third time I used so now I have a floor jack that it doesn't want to come down, and I has to spend an extra $190 on a impact wrench so I can do the job plus the hamer to hit the jack 😂😂😂 what a waste of money, I do recommend if not to get this unless you're not planning to use it more than ones or three times the most, and if you do buy it get the chipper one so you can get a hammer also
Works, but seems somewhat cheaply made
I just received this car jack today and so far it is working. It seems somewhat cheaply made though. Like the 2 sides that store the air hose and the plug for the power cord is so flimsy that it does not stay close. One bump and it opens up. I'm sure if you're not careful, you can break that right off. I tested it on a Honda Civic, and it was able to lift the car off the ground. High enough where you can do tire change. I would advise buying a stand jack just as a precaution if you plan to get under the car though. I guess time will tell. With my first test, it seems fine. However, there are those reviews were the customer indicated it would get stuck or not work anymore. This is my first impression review and tested it with a small car. So I am giving it 3 stars which is average. If it exceeds my expectation later on, I will come back and change the star.
It's a great value
It won’t pickup one side of my Car that weighs less than 5000 lbs; yet they claim it’s a good 10,000 pound jack capacity Both black covers won’t close and latch properly either I’m not impressed with it
Good Quality, Works as Advertised
I was skeptical as to quality but was pleasantly surprised. I tried the jack and impact wrench on my truck and they worked very well, lifting the truck with ease and quickly loosening a stubborn wheel lug. Two pleasant surprises were the air pump and the small hammer for breaking glass and/or cutting seat belts in the event of an emergency. The gloves were also a nice addition. It all comes in a convenient carrying case. And because it operates on 12 volt DC current (cigarette lighter), there's no need for keeping a rechargeable battery charged (and finding the rechargeable battery dead when you most need it because you forgot to keep it charged).
Lifts the car no problem
Great product. Good value for money. Impact wrench takes nuts off with ease. Ideal kit to have in the car for an emergency
Lacks a bit of lifting height
I tested the product with my 2026 Hyundai Palisade and my caravan. It works well, but with my Hyundai, I have to place the jack on a wooden block; otherwise, it doesn't lift high enough. It's a shame, because I have to carry both the jack and a wooden board.

The jack itself is nice, the impact and sockets leave something to be desired.
Use on a level surface!
It was nice. The only issue I had was that, this was on a slight slope, and when I was desending, it got stuck. I pulled on it a little bit, and it jammed back into place and finished lowering. *fewf"

Very easy to use
I was skeptical that this jack would work but it lifted my chevrolet truck no problem. I even used it on a ram 2500 and it worked great. The air compressor part works very good, my trailer tires take 65 psi and my old compressor would take forever to top off the trailer tires. The extra attachments are nice for inflating other things.

Makes life easier but should recommend that a jackstand should be used with this vehicle jack.
Electric car jack and impact wrench
Works surprisingly well. The impact wrench was able to open wheel nuts without any issues and the jack works as expected. Definitely will recommend this product.
Cordless 3 ton vehicle lift
Used it several time very very happy with this product espically it has a remote control which makes soooo comfortable to use just be sure it is on hard surface and level ground and you will not have my issues.
Heavy duty
Very nice heavy duty package. Have not used yet but confident it will do the job. I will have some blocks of wood to put both under the jack and between rod and frame for more support if needed.

Paket ordentlich angekommen, aber der Boden sieht aus als wäre es eine Retourware! Der Stecker verbogen und das ganze sieht leider nicht nach Neuzustand aus. der Akku voll aufgeladen und in der Fernbedienung war die Batterie schon drinnen, was nicht üblich ist . Es bedarf keiner Rücksendung noch! muss diesen tollen Akku Stempelheber 5t noch testen. möchte hier dieses Produkt auf keinen Fall schlechtreden, aber das gehört eben gesagt. was gedenken sie da zu tun?

utilizzo per cambio gomme camper, tutto bene ...... solo 3 stelle , in quanto il tubo del compressore , alla 4 gomma si e staccato dall'imbocco. Ho dovuto aprirlo , reinserire il tubo ed FISSARLO CON UNA FASCETTA STRINGITUBO........................................ A volte basta un niente perche un grande prodotto diventa un prodotto medio ........ ( solo una fascetta stringitubo)
