Loose nut- rattling loose part inside the machine

Loose nut fell out of the box when i took tje machine out, rattling loose part inside the machine... STILL WAITING for a replacement, or at LEAST an answer... after 3 days... The brand... hello????

After waiting for weeks..which was promised as 3 days...they send me a broken one...you guys are terrible! The cutter module is derailed making a loud clanking sound. So frustrated after all the wait this is what you're getting.

The machine is great and meets my needs. It's well built and rugged and cuts accurately. My only complaint is the lack of instructions - what does "Automatic Edge Detection" do, how do you move the carriage etc? I discovered the latter by accident, I've no idea what edge detection is or why you would need it. I also discovered you have to load your material such that the knurled areas will grip it. If you don't, the material slips and it's game over. Now I've figured it out for my jobs, I am very happy with it. I use Autocad and import dxf files into the software. Easy to use. I don't mess with anything else because I don't need anything more. I used the website to ask for operating instructions but they sent what I told them I already had - overly complicated software download instructions and related stuff that come with the machine.

Excellent Results So Far!

I have only been using this plotter for a few weeks, and am coming at this review from the perspective of someone who worked professionally in sign making around 20 years ago and am now getting into the hobby side of things. My first plotter was from a shadowy name-brand, as I'd read they were less locked down than the other craft brands, and I was never happy with the precision of the thing. Finally I got fed up when it was cutting ovals when circles were required and went looking elsewhere. This popped up in my recommendations and was on sale at the time for approximately CAD 150 less than the new version of that shadowy plotter I'd worked with before, but has double the cutting width! It was an easy purchase. So far, no regrets at all, but I do have some info and advice if anyone else is looking at this, because the questions I had are not at all clearly answered here. 1) Yes, this does automatic registration (ARMS), and print-and-cut jobs are very precise for me so far. None of the headaches of other systems, either. I printed my artwork, threw on an overlaminate, cut it and it just worked. 2) Manually setting the home position of this machine is a bit obtuse and the button say…

Schnell und alles funktioniert

Der Plotter wurde superschnell geliefert. der heutige Test war super, wir sind zufrieden :-)

Silenciosa pero.....

El plóter como tal es muy sencillo de usar y muy silencioso. El problema ha sido que aún en la mínima fuerza rompía el liner del vinilo. Me ha tocado ajustar excesivamente la cuchilla hacia dentro pero obviamente el borde del porta cuchillas hace marca porque roza con el material. Una pena porque me había hecho a la idea de comprar también el modelo de 60 cm.

Funciona perfectamente.solo lo uso para corte de vinilo pero una vez ajustada la fuerza para el material el dispositivo funciona de maravilla. Esteticamente me encanta el acabado en aluminio y la liz de neon es muy util para ver mientras corta.

Fantastique

La machine est simple à utiliser, elle est robuste, bien finie. Le logiciel fourni est assez intuitif, pour un débutant comme moi ça n'a pas posé de problèmes. Les premières tentatives furent un succès presque immédiat, les rouleaux de vinyle offerts permettent de jouer tout de suite. Je suis très content de mon achat.

Facile d'utilisation ..

Cette machine de découpe est facile d'utilisation.. elle correspond tout à fait à mes attentes.. je la recommande mais le seul bémol et que le logiciel n'est pas en français et ça c'est très dommage..

Difficile

Après plusieurs semaine en ma possession j'ai toujours du mal à maitriser la machine. Un coup en français, un coup en anglais. Très compliqué. J'aurais dû prendre la concurrente plus cher.

Plotter EH-720TS

Der Plotter ist Spitze, hatte schon andere Modelle, aber die können hier nicht mithalten. Schön das nun SignMaster V5 ausgeliefert wird. Was mich allerdings an diesem Paket sehr stört, ist das sehr schlechte Viniyl in der Beigabe,das ist nur Frust ohne Ende. Bitter reduziert doch die Folien und gebt doch weniger aber qualitativ bessere Folien dazu. Diese Rollen gehören besser in den Müll. Das macht den Plotter nicht besser. Mit einer guten Rolle Vinyl 63cm, hätte ich mich mehr gefreut. Danke

Ploter jest ok, jedyne zastrzeżenie ma do programu,a mianowicie : są w języku rosyjskim ,chińskim i tp. natomiast brak polskiej wersji,i to jest jedyna wada

Buena maquina

Sobre está máquina , mi esposa lleva muchos días . Intentando , cortar bien los tipos .. pero es algo muy difícil . Es algo complicado . Me gustaría que me manden un vídeo .... Cómo se maneja la máquina más fácil . Gracias

Muy complacido en la primera semana de uso

He tenido ploter de corte desde hace unos 20 años, Ioline, Cameo plus y otro que tengo por ahí dañado, Esta maquina tiene pocos días que la recibí, se instaló,, algunos inconvenientes con el programa debido a que no lo conozco,, por lo demás me parce muy bien, no he hecho cajitas aún pero he impreso y cortado calcos y es excelente el ajuste de la camara con los registros, tambien he trabajado el vinil textil y autohadesivo, he cortado cartulinas espejo y escarchada y he quedado muy complacido,,, seguire usandolo y en caso de alguna nomalía o inconformidad lo hare saber, saludos

Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht, dass es keine vernünftigen Handbücher, sowohl für den Schneideplotter, als auch für die Software gibt, welche einen im Detail in die Funktionen einführen. Das was mit geliefert wird, speziell die Hilfefunktion in der DesignerSoftware, lässt, mal abgesehen von der teilweise schlechten Übersetzung, echt zu wünschen übrig. Hätte ich nicht langjährige Erfahrung mit Silhouette Plottern und entsprechender professioneller Software, hätte ich schon längst aufgegeben. Also arbeite ich intuitiv mit Trial & Error.
