Washbasins

Basins suit main bathrooms, cloakrooms and wash areas where you want to combine practicality with a considered look. A countertop basin enhances a vanity unit or worktop, while a design with a tap hole can simplify the arrangement. In shared spaces, sets with more than one bowl help create a more practical washing area.

Before choosing, check the available space on the worktop or vanity unit, the waste position and compatibility with the tap. Ceramic and cast marble create a contemporary, cohesive look; glass, stone and petrified wood add texture and character. Choose soft shapes for an airy feel or straight lines for a more geometric result. Clean with products suited to the material and avoid abrasives to preserve the finish.
