You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the item (or the last item, in an order with several), without giving any reason (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014).
How to exercise it
- Send us an unequivocal statement by e-mail to essenza@myessenza.eu. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
- After informing us, you have 14 days to return the item. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
- We refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days; we may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it. The refund is made using the same payment method, at no cost to you.
Exceptions
There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised — in this shop, the personalised canvas print with the customer's image.
