This chair is awesome and is very nice, I o to other stores and try their chairs only to be disappointed. The 4D Zero-Gravity Massage chair is a honest well made product. When it was delivered and I opened the box, this chair was basically ready to use. I am going to order another chair for the house.
Update the LCD, or send an upgrade out
Overall a decent massage chair, but a few CRITICAL upgrades would be nice. Make the LCD screen and ALL buttons on the LCD viewable! With the way the screen is, you have to get out a flashlight or cell phone light to see what they say. Even then, what their function is, is a guess. It comes down to just pushing buttons and hope that the chair does things that feel good. The mid back area is very light pressure while the butt and low back is high. Other than those things, overall a relaxing experience. I just wish I wasn't frustrated with the LCD and buttons every time I sit down.

The chair is very good andworth 5 stars for the price, probably the best massage chair on the market for the price. It carries persons up to 160kg. I guess it is a sign of quality compared to the competitions that are way more expensice and carry up to 110kg persons. The functions are perfect and all as expected. easy to use. However the AI talking part is not as easy as pressing the buttons. Anyway not important. Shipping took 2 weeks instead of 1 week as advertived and DHLs estimated delevery day is like a random roulette. Guess that is not fault, but still the brand that chose them for the shipping. Chair arrived unharmed and fine so all good. Conclution: If there will be no problems with warrenty if needed and spareparts later on. I will anytime recomend buying this char insted of a 10.000€ chair with 5 years of warrenty.

decent chair and does massage the back and buttocks and back of thighs but does not even reach the shoulders or neck which is what I really wanted. also massages very hard even when you turn down massage level is still very hard on the back.

The shipping was good. Very little noise when it was working . Solid build and quality is above average at the same price point. The control panel should lit up all the buttons, but not. The manual is not clear and the voice instruction is not correct in English. The Bluetooth speaker should be always on.
No joke, great value
Works amazing, it does a better job than the Osaki massage chairs I have used. The 4d really digs into. Some people might find it too aggressive on modes past level 1. I can’t speak for reliability since we have only had it a month. It feels solid and operates like it should last a long time for home use. The Voice command is the only thing that I could complain about. Voice command works but it’s not a reliable way to control the chair. The touch panel works great and so do the armrest controls. I’m 6ft tall and fit comfortably in the chair.

Worked really hard the last few months and wanted to treat myself to something and was very disappointed in this purchase. I love the brand's products but this massage chair is the lower end of the line but that definitely not worth $1,000 with tax and the protection plan which is a good idea for something with so many moving parts. It was easy to set up I didn't really need the instructions to plug it all in and hook it all up, the controller is confusing and it can't really do everything all at the same time. One thing I noticed was the fact that I'm five six and the neck massaging part is in the middle of my head unless I sit on two pillows and then the foot massaging part is not getting the bottom of my feet. I'd sat in a friend's massage chair prior to buying this one and I was able to push my feet down to apply more pressure to the rollers this one because it's self-adjusts is on like a spring so you can never really push down into it I was hoping to have a full body massage but this is definitely not the one if you are someone on the shorter stature. I know it's the economy version but I didn't even get the Bluetooth to work it just will never connect on two different phones. Hope…

Outside of the cover material on his chair I can't tell a difference. We have had it almost a year and use it daily it still works perfect. Highly recommend.

I don't like that the tablet doesn't have proper backlighting; if the room is dark, I can't see the buttons on the tablet. Also, the intensity or strength of the massage is not adjustable; sometimes it's painful, and I want to reduce the intensity, but there's no such option on the tablet.

Nice Chair, Good Price, Too Small
The chair is impressive at this price point and was delivered on time. I was excited to try it and take advantage of its many features. Everything seemed fine at first and then I realized that I was too big for it to be useful. I am 6’ tall and 185 pounds so I never expected a problem fitting in the chair but it is way to short for my neck, too narrow at my shoulders and a snug fit on my hips. The leg features were the only ones that fit and they worked great. The product description indicated that the chair could accept a person 6’ 3” and 250 pounds but I argue that 5, 8” and 160 are the max for this chair. I will keep you posted as to the return process. I am a monthly customer so I have high expectations.

It’s worth every penny
I bought this chair for my office since I’ve been having back issues, I also bought a brand name for my home for four times the price. The chair wins by a landslide. It is not only more comfortable. It gives a better massage., the stretch feature is amazing, and much better control over the pressure that it uses. I highly recommend it.

Love the chair..only one main issue. I don't have large feet (size 9) but my feet don't fit in foot area without pinching at the top. I don't know what can be done about that but it does hinder the enjoyment of the massage some. Otherwise, the massage is good and firm and helps my back issues. Really wish the foot issue wasn't there

Purchased this chair for approximately $1300 on sale from $1800. Awesome chair it does a great job on working out the muscles and body. So far no problems with the chair operating the way it supposed to and I hope the brand stands behind it's products if something happens within the warranty period.

Does the job
Overall, this is a great and relaxing chair. My first beef would be a proper manual. Second a little larger so my head is fully supported in the upright position. But once "Zero Gravity", relaxing and comfortable. A footnote, I purchased this for my mother, so smaller frame. That being said, I tweaked my back, and ended up using daily for about an hour...all straightened out. I believe that I will purchase another for myself
