3-year legal guarantee
All new items have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021). If the item does not conform to what was advertised or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or accident after delivery.
Damaged or faulty item, or missing parts
Write to essenza@myessenza.eu with the order number and photographs of the item and the packaging. Depending on the case, we send the missing or replacement part, replace the item or refund you — always at no cost to you, including collection when necessary. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can sort it out.
The guarantee is independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal.
