Core drill 1-1/4" depth 36 cm, laser welded

This diamond core drill is designed for professionals seeking precision and durability in demanding drilling tasks. With a diameter of 1-1/4" and a depth of 36 cm, this tool stands out for its efficient cutting ability on tough materials, ensuring clean and precise results. Its technical design allows quick integration into standard drilling equipment, optimizing worktime on various construction and renovation projects.

Main features

• Efficient wet cutting that reduces dust production, ideal for indoor environments and better operator protection.
• Laser welding technology prevents loss of segments or weld detachment, maintaining cutting performance.
• High-quality carbon steel structure with diamond grid head for increased wear resistance.
• Concentric shaft design minimizes risk of center displacement, ensuring highly precise holes.
• Universal 5/8"-11 thread for quick fitting on manual or standard drilling machines.

Use and assembly

Assembly is straightforward thanks to the universal 5/8"-11 thread, allowing the drill to be quickly fixed onto standard core drilling equipment. To ensure maximum lifespan and cutting efficiency, use with water cooling and lubrication is recommended. This wet cutting system is essential to eliminate dust onsite and avoid overheating of the diamond head during operation.

Ideal for

This masonry core drill is the recommended solution for drilling reinforced concrete, concrete, red bricks, and foam bricks. It is widely used in air conditioning installations, gas pipelines, roads, and airports, making it the ideal tool for those needing a high-precision diamond drill in civil construction scenarios.
