Unspooling
The cart is fine other than the arm that holds the strapping. It would be much better if it had a tensioner on it so that it held the strapping in place. We have carts like this from other manufacturers and they all have tensioning arms that hold the strapping in place. This keep the strapping from spooling back on itself which happens with the cart. I added some basic shipping tape to try and hold the strapping from unwinding off the reel.
