I would not get underneath the car with that jack. I had it jacked up on the rear end and it tilted like it was fixing to fall unsafe use it to jack it up and put jackstands under it and then get out from underneath until you do that.

Jerky
I’ve only used it one or two times to pick up a zero turn lawnmower, which is way under the weight rating of the tool, I’m assuming and hoping it will work to its full capacity, but it is a little jerky, almost like it needs to be lubricated or oiled, but there is no service ports

I purchased for better support when raising my car or mower. It was not hard to use. You have to put it together. Not hard at all to do. I've used it 3 or 4 times now. Air holds support for what you are lifting. Recommend to get jack stands.

These are too weak
3-ton?? 6,000 lbs??? I purchased 2 of these jacks this past summer and only now have had a chence to try them out. 1) I am very displeased with their performance, they cannot lift anything of weight. I am trying to jack up a small 5th wheel and they are struggling to do the job. 2) The access valve handles are difficult to use, and I may try flipping the handle over for better access to them. All in all, I might have been better off, buying a simple hydraulic floor jack from Harbor Freight.

just got this about 3 weeks ago. Great lift, far better than a floor jack. raised my car up easily, set stands and raised front. Took all of 5 minutes. Shoild have gotten this long ago.

Jumping Jack, up in a flash
Bought it for jacking cars and a camper. It's probably too tall to slide under most saloons or the cars but if you open the vent valve and stand on the pad the cushion compressed far enough to allow the unit in under the suspension ( Ford Mondeo). Anything taller or heavier it just slides straight in.

Why can't I talk to an agent
I have asked For a representative to call me regarding this unit. No one is calling me. Your email response to me was to send video and or pictures. Of the problem.. I have already packed it up to return. I am not impressed if you think I need to reassemble the parts just to show you a video. I have 2 other units from you and they work fine this one doesn't. There's something wrong or not the same as the other two. Seems ashamed to have to get your attention this way but if this gets some one to call me. Then it's worth it. I want a replacement. Airlift Jack is a Time saver.
After using floor jacks for years I always wanted one of these airlift Jack. I wasn't sure I would like it but after using it now for a year I really do like it. It's fast it's strong so far I cannot find anything about it that I don't like.

This Air jack is outstanding ! I have a Duramax that I needed to rotate tires on . Normal routine would be dragging out my 80lb floor jack and pumping by hand placing jackstands at each tire . This Air jack weighs half that and slides easily in place. turn on air value and jack takes seconds to raise truck. I have a antique hand pump jack for sale !
Wobbly when all the way up
Works great and fast. I always use Jack stands also with this don’t get too comfortable the higher the lift the worse center of gravity so it gets wobbly

I have a friend that bought one of these to use for lifting wooden storage sheds and it works great. I decided to buy mine to use for raising mid size vehicles for tire changes and so far it is working great for that. Very easy to move around so I dont have to drag around a heavy 3 ton wheeled floor jack. It picks up a car effortlessly. With this being a air pressurized tool, just remember to NOT test its limits. Raise the car only high enough to pull a wheel off and it works great.

Air jacks 3 ton are the best I have used this for 3 years now every other day pick up hundred of times still no problems with the air bag will pick up a car and truck in 3 seconds no problem ill never got back to a hand jack that's old school

Good value for my $$. Not as smooth or precise as a hydraulic jack but it lifts very well with ample speed. Lift speed is easy to control with air valve. Works great at half the cost of a standard floor jack and no long handle to deal with.
Jack is good
Jack is very good, i will order one more so i can use both of them simultaneously to lift whole front/rear end in one go to make my work easier and safer. Only thing that i dont like is a bolt on top, rubber pad gets squeezed and car seats on a bolt, but thats an easy fix
3 ton ZG-E goes good with 17" jacks. 5 ton ZG-B gives you an extra lift inch at all weights.
The AI analysis of this product seems to be very confused how high this can lift. So reading directly from the manual, This ZG-E model is maximum height of 17.7 inches at less than 1 ton, drops to 16.9 at 1.5 tons. 16.3 at 2 gons, 15.7 at 2.5 tons, and 15 inches at 3 tons. The 5 ton ZG-B model can lift 18.5" at most, down to 17.5" at 2 tons, 16.7" at 3 tons, 15.6" at 4 tons and only 14.8 at 5 tons. The regular screw jack in my trunk only lifts 15" so it's definitely an upgrade. Not only in lift height but also eliminates the physical labor of lifting the vehicle. Above 15" is enough to do any fluid change, inverter, oil, transmission, coolant, etc. on a Prius C so I'm satisfied with it.

It is so easy to use. The assembly was good but I watched videos and read reviews before buying. The hose at the handle joint could wear, but replacing it shouldn’t be difficult when it does. I’m pleased. This lifts well, it’s stable, positioning it with the handle keeps me out from under what I’m lifting.

An absolute GAME CHANGER. I've been using this for two years now. It can lift the entire front end of my 2004 GMC 2500HD Duramax off the ground. One caution though, this jack can get "stuck" when the vehicle you are lifting begins to tilt at a sharp angle. But then, any other floor jack would have the same problem. This is a really great product.
