2m blue 15kg barbell bar with plates and springs

The 2m barbell bar is the ideal tool for those looking to increase the intensity of their strength training, whether at home or in the gym. Made from steel alloy with a galvanised finish, this bar combines durability and strength, specifically designed to handle heavy loads while maintaining the stability required for complex bodybuilding and powerlifting exercises.

Main features

• Steel alloy construction with galvanised coating that protects against rust, corrosion, and abrasion.
• Robust load capacity, supporting weights up to 544 kg.
• Premium needle bearings with copper ring ensure smooth sleeve rotation.
• Secure grip with double non-skid knurling for increased friction.
• High rebound resilience and tensile strength up to 170,000 PSI for consistent performance.

Usage and assembly

The bar is compatible with 50 mm plates, making load customisation according to training goals easy. For maximum safety and grip during exercises, the use of chalk is recommended. Assembly involves sliding the plates onto the rotating sleeves, which, thanks to their four needle bearings, allow smooth movement, reducing joint strain for the user.
