- Choose the item. Use the search or the menu categories. On the product page you will find the photographs, the specifications (dimensions, weight, material, where available) and the final price including VAT.
- Add to basket. You can keep shopping and combine items from different categories in the same order.
- Check out. You do not need to create an account: all you need is your e-mail, the delivery address and a phone number for the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated before payment, according to the destination and the order value.
- Pay. Choose one of the payment methods available for your country.
- Receive confirmation. We send you an order summary by e-mail. Once it has been dispatched, you receive the tracking number and can follow it in Track your order.
Good to know
- Prices: in euros, including the VAT of the delivery country.
- Shipping: free from €150 in mainland Portugal and in the other European Union countries, except the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. See Shipping and delivery times.
- Multiple parcels: an order with several items may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive on different days.
- Invoice with VAT number: if you need an invoice in a company's name, write to us before dispatch with the order number and the VAT number.
- Change or cancel: until the order has been dispatched, you can request changes or cancellation with a full refund. Canvas prints can only be cancelled before they go into production.
