Delivery times
Delivery times are in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and are counted from payment confirmation. Items are dispatched from warehouses in Portugal and in other European Union countries; the delivery time depends on the destination and the warehouse of origin.

Luna Art canvas prints: these are printed after the order is placed — 2 to 4 working days of production, plus transport (Portugal 5 to 8 working days, Spain 4 to 5, France 3 to 5, Italy 4 to 11, other EU countries up to 12).
Delivery times are good-faith estimates. If a delivery time changes significantly, we will let you know and you can choose between waiting or cancelling with a full refund.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you receive the tracking number by e-mail. You can also check the status in Track your order. An order with several items may be sent in several parcels and arrive on different days.
On delivery
- Check your address and phone number: this is how the carrier will contact you.
- Delivery is made to the door of the building. Furniture arrives packed and, in most cases, unassembled, with instructions and fittings.
- If the packaging arrives damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery note and send us photographs within 14 days. We will sort it out at no cost to you.
