Specifications
The stepper machine is ideal for those looking to strengthen their body without visiting a gym. This compact equipment simulates climbing up and down stairs, incorporating lateral movements that challenge stability and tone the muscles. Its versatile design allows full-body training by combining cardiovascular effort from the legs with upper body toning.
Main features
- Complete workout: built-in elastic bands to work arms, shoulders, and chest while stepping.
- Accurate monitoring: integrated LCD display to track time and calories burned during the session.
- Enhanced stability: strong, stable steel frame with wide, non-slip footrests.
- Personalized adjustment: adjustable pedals and non-slip grip to fit each user’s ergonomics.
- Compact design: small dimensions ideal for office or home use.
Usage and assembly
Assembly is easy with included wrench, battery, and lubricant oil. To use, adjust footrests and grip to your preference. You can alternate between vertical and lateral movements while using the elastic bands to exercise back and arms, enabling you to train while doing other activities, such as watching TV.
Ideal for
This stepper with handlebar is suitable for individuals with limited training time, perfect for home or office use. It’s the right choice for anyone seeking an effective stair simulator to burn calories and tone overall muscles conveniently.

No ocupa espacio. Se monta fácilmente. Es robusta y de calidad.
