This chair can change a difficult situation
I purchased this chair for my husband when he was discharged from the hospital after a long stay . This chair has made both of our lives much easier. Not only is he much more comfortable living in it day and night, but the added bonus of the lift helping him get up has been priceless. The only negative comment I might make is, I was under the impression that the foot rest would extend further to support his feet.

You get what you pay for. This is a great purchase for the price. I had double knee replacements at the same time and needed help getting up. This chair was perfect. I even slept in it for 2 weeks. Everything works but its not built as sturdy as it should be if its meant to last for years. Im sure i will get a year or so out of it though.

I purchased this Power Lift/Recliner Chair on July 13, 2026. I must admit that this purchase was made following much hesitation and some Emails to [removed] to satisfy my concerns that this advertisement on the Internet was not a scam by some fraudster company, as I had not heard of this company in Eastern Canada. However, all my concerns were satisfied when I finally ordered the chair at approximately 11:15 am on Monday July 13,2026 and it was delivered to my house at approximately 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. (very fast service) This chair performs better than I had anticipated. As I have two broken femurs and a broken right arm, it allowed me to sleep in it for a couple of weeks until the restriction on total weight bearing was relaxed by my surgeon and greatly decreased the effort of me getting transferred with assistance to a wheelchair to use the washroom facilities. The only real issue that I have with the brand is that within two weeks of purchasing this chair for $731.99 (not including taxes), the price was reduced by 29%. One would think that with a sale coming on within two weeks a potential customer would be advised accordingly. This is the caution message t…

Not plush, uncomfortable, reclines ok
The chair arrived in a really good time since ordering. It was easy to put together, and for now it seems to do what it's supposed to do. The foot rest raises, it leans back, and it lifts up to help one stand. The massage feature is just a bunch of vibration nodes throughout, so not really massaging. I haven't tested the heat function. I had to tape one connection together because it was missing its clip. The main downside for this review is that it just isn't comfortable. It's pretty stiff and not plush. This is a bummer, because I'll be having to sleep in it for a few weeks while I recover from my shoulder surgery. If it gets softer with use, I will update this review.

I love this chair, it's comfortable, great material, it works well, quiet and has a lot of features. Shipping was super fast and it came undamaged. Beware it's in one BIG box! A couple of observations: the remote has a button for lifting the feet (upper left corner, see picture)... but it shows a down arrow, making you think it brings the feet down (backwards?). The wireless charger does not work with phones that have a magnet or a finger ring! Would have been better if they provided a USB port instead! One other missing thing is a video showing how to assemble it. The instructions on paper are ok, but I wanted to see the video prior to the chair arriving to know what to expect. The customer rep didn't know if a video exists, opened a ticket to have someone look into it, and never gave me an answer. I assume no video!

Overall quality is quite good. While the back is very high, the footrest is not long enough, and not high enough.

Could use more padding for head rest to keep forward to watch t v . We have to use a neck pillow to take up the space. This issue may only affect us but besides this we are very happy with the chair. We would totally recommend it to anyone.

One chair had a small rip but it was an easy fix/ hide,otherwise they both were ok. The chairs are okay a little wobbly and the foot doesn't go up enough. They are taking 5 cats and a dog okay. I like the heat n massage but both my son and I were hoping our sore bodies wouldn't get more so in the chairs but we get uncomfortable maybe better type of booty cusion, higher feet and a better balanced chair would be my suggestions. They have made to payed off and over 6 months, thanks!

Very good relaxing chair
A very comfortable recliner chair, not too big but great for my 5'8" frame. The fabric and the seat are not too soft so it makes it nice for relaxing. Easy to use elevation for getting up, a smooth motor that doesn't eject you when sanding up. The Control devices, one for heat and massage, one for back and leg pads are very confusing at first but do work - the massage is very over done with 8 settings and 2 areas, and the heat switch apparently has a variable switch but I have no idea what it is doing! Should be a simple thing but it is not. Having the choice of moving you back to relax and moving your legs seperately is a great feature, it does need 2 plugs into the outlet. Basically a very good recliner chair with nice features.

Solo tengo que deicr, que deben mejorar un poco su servicio de postventa, pero tambien hay que ser justo, que la soluciones que dan siempre son satisfactorias y ventajosas para el cliente. Esta reseña fue modificada, por desacuerdos iniciales pero durante el tiempo que he estado gestionando el problema con la marca, cada solucion que me han dado era mejor que la anterior a modo de compensacion por el contratiempo inicial. Recomendable comprar en la marca, porque aunque no estes excepto de tener un problema, tenga seguro que ellos te daran una solucion que estara por encima de tus expectativas. Hele fijne heerlijke stoel , precies wat ik wou ! Stoel komt in vierkante doos , maar is makkelijk in elkaar te zetten , met een duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing , ook voor de 4 stekkertjes die je in elkaar moet schuiven Stoel functioneerd geweldig , de sta op functie , heb ik met mijn 75 jaar gelukkig nog niet nodig , maar dat kan maar zo veranderen , het functioneert in ieder geval heel goed , tot je zowat staat , en zo uit de Stoel kunt wandelen Kortom , heel blij met de aankoop !
