Great product.

Work very well after years of use. Used 2 sets to make a router mount for levelling large pieces of wood. These made it easy to determine if the set up was level because the router would glide to the low spots at 1/8" difference over 5'. The set up has sat in the garage (hanging on the wall when not in use) over 3 winters and humid summers. No corrosion or wear. The cross set did show limited flex with minimal force, but these were not intended to be unsupported, had I mounted them to even 1/8" steel, the flex would probably disappear.

Smooth movement and solid construction

I’m very impressed with these linear rails. The rails feel solid and well made, and the carriages move smoothly with very little play once everything is properly installed and aligned. They were straightforward to install, and the overall construction gives me confidence that they’ll hold up well over time. I especially like how smoothly they travel, which makes them a great option for DIY projects, CNC builds, 3D printers, or other applications where precise linear movement is important. For the price, the quality is excellent. They feel much more substantial than I expected and have worked great for my project so far.

Pretty good for what we needed them for

These worked great for our application. One of the 4 we bought had a little bit of bend in the aluminum part that attaches to the rail, but it wasn't a big deal for us and it straightened out when we screwed it down. Also cool not, the bearings within the blocks themselves are asymmetric internally, allowing for both a vertical and horizontal mounting, which was excellent.

Watch out for delivery costs.

The products themselves are great however, delivery is appalling. I purchased three different length guide rail sets and they were all delivered separately. Worst still, whilst free delivery is advertised, it was free delivery to Perth metro but I was quoted $440.00 to deliver the products to an outer suburb. That was more than the cost of all the products together. Eventually I had them delivered to a relative instead but tracking information was also difficult to obtain. I would happily purchase the products again but not if I had to go through the same delivery process.

Acceptable

Acceptable due to price. Fast delivery, good boxing. A big minus becouse almost all M6 threads of the sliding blocks ware not properly manufactured. I needed to buy a tool to adjust the threads.

I think I would have been better off getting the larger diameter, I should have waited until it came back into stock. All features work as advertised , just a little rough sounding and feeling when sliding back and forth, Seems to correct itself when you add weight to it like a heavy router.

Total good stuff. Smooth as silk rollers and the rails are stiff as rocks. (That’s a good thing) I was able to make a really good sled for routers that opens a huge door of options for the plaining job. I like it. I’d buy more if my wife would let me.

Router Sled

The linear guide set SFC 20 1000mm and the linear guide set SBR16 1000mm are a good way to to DIY a router sled. The hardware and a way to combined them takes some finagling. It would be nice if an all in one package was available. Most router sleds run $250 on up to $800. I think I spent about $160 in all.

Great product!

Great product at good price. While they were a bit overkill for my project (I used them to slide a V shaped hot knofe over the honey filled frames for uncacping), they worke perfectly, allowing me to save a lot of money by bulding my own uncapping machine, rather than buy a verry expensive one.

sliding launch monitor

I don't believe I used this product in the conventional way, but it worked perfectly for mounting my overhead golf launch monitor, giving right- and left-handed players ample space to swing.

Perfect for DIY, good for that price.

I have used it for DIY project with load approx. 50kg and low speeds. It is relatively quit and perfect for my project. It is cheap and good value for that money. If you are looking for precision and low mechanical tolerances, I would consider something better (and more expensive).

Se arrivano un po’ inarcate è per via della differente dilatazione termica della barra (in acciaio) e del supporto (in alluminio). Basta allentare (e poi riavvitare) le viti che le tengono unite e tornano dritte. O almeno, io ho risolto così. Può succedere nei cambi di stagione per la natura intrinseca dei materiali
