Pretty good except for mounting holes

The set up was easy. The base is adjustable so you can move it into the position you need. It's a little loose fitting with the pipes but once you add wall it gets a little better but not to much. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the wall/barrier mounting holes can't hold a lot of weight and stretch a lot. I can see this tearing easily. Simple fix was getting a grommet tool and adding aluminum grommets to the top holes. So a little money out of pocket but should help make it last. Shared photos of before and after.

Very functional, durability may be measured in a few years and not in decades.

PRO's : These work well for screening off an area for welding. They're easy to move for set-up/tear-down around a workshop. CON's : The mounting of the screens to the frames with the supplied zip-ties seems like its a good way to actually tear the screens over the long term, and the metal frames themselves are flimsy and feel like they'll need replacing too over the medium term. Having said that, I'm writing this review 8 months after getting them and they're still standing, but I only use them occasionally.

Great for many uses and quick easy setup

This may be the easiest thing I've ever had to assemble out of a box. Super quick setup. I think it took the most time putting the zipties on the curtains. I love how you can attach all 3 curtains together if desired! I went with yellow curtains because I didn't want a darkening or shadows inside the work area. I would suggest to the manufacturer to reinforce the curtain eyelets better. The curtains are tight and heavy. I worry about them tearing with use but hopefully they will hold up. Props to whoever fit all that neatly in a box.

Works well, but...

Overall I am fairly happy with this welding screen wall, however it could definitely use a few minor improvements. The feet do not stay straight while moving it across the shop for, they twist easily, even with the thumb screws very tight, causing the panels to fall over. My fix for this will be to drill all the way through the other side of the frame where the screws are at and use a line bolt so they cannot freely twist anymore. My only other complaint is how the curtains are installed, there are very thin zip ties included which simply go through preset holes in the curtain and wrap around the frame. The holes are not well reinforced, and show immediate signs of stretching, and the zip ties just fell a little tool flimsy. I will be adding tarp grommets to the holes to reenforce them to avoid tearing out easily, and I will be replacing the zip ties with bailing wire or sneering else a bit stronger. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with this welding wall, as it does a good job. It blocks sparks from grinding and cutting, and it provides a small but effective safety barrier for others in the shop. Seems to be fine; the panels are darker than expected, and the wheels are too puny for a fabrication shop.

It's light duty, but ok for the price.

Seems good for the price. It will be fine for what I'm need it for. Definitely light duty. My guess is in time I'll be replacing the cable ties that holds the curtain and reenforcing the holes in the curtain. It rolls really well on the casters.
