Perfect for a 4P install, quick and easy
This has worked really well for a small PV install to an all-in-one powerbank/inverter. It let me install my first solar project on the deck and a little sun powered backup for the sump pump in addition to the battery. The install was super simple and quick.
The connectors are backwards from what the industry standard is
The cable connections for positive and negative on the terminals are backwards, so be aware of that when you get this kit, you’d have to make new cables from your panels to match what the kid includes
Excellent product
Excellent product, easy to use, price is right on, fast shipping. Would recommend to anyone.
Recommended.
Simply works as it should. Connected to 4,5kW peak and up to 420V, no issues at all. Installed now for about 4 month.
Sturdy and practical
Good bit of kit for the money. Mounting it on the wall was straightforward. Sturdy enough to take the weight without bending. Glad I went with this.
Just right for me
Been using it daily and have no complaints. The vents do a good job keeping things cool. Better made than the price would suggest. Definitely worth the money.
Great
Very good quality. Everything is included. Still need to get a proper pole for the location. On a tree temporary. Definitely waterproof. The PV out is a little bit over sized for the wire. But very cheap to replace. Doing 8 440w panel's in 2+2+2+2 so this is perfect for my system. Waiting for ground wire 6 more panels And I'll be ready to go
Maintenance technician
I bought 2 of these from the brand and 2 from Home depot home depot was way cheaper they work good but 1 wire going to the breaker is to short so you hafta make your own wire up you would think for the price it would be perfect
Combiner box
Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It made my the whole job look professional and safe and it allows me to add on quickly to my array.
Mr
As advertised, well made , Have bought the 6.2kw version before for a 30kwh off grid solar power systems and this is for a smaller 15kwh off grid solar off grid system 👏 😀 I'm very happy with both and the app runs in parallel so I can see both systems at a glance to keep an eye on them 😀 The combina box is very convenient and cost effective 😀
asy and Ready to Go Right Out of the Box – Excellent Solar Combiner
asy and Ready to Go Right Out of the Box – Excellent Solar Combiner This 4-string PV combiner box earns every bit of 5 stars and was impressively easy to set up and get running in my solar panel system. The fact that it comes ready to go with 15A fuses, a 63A circuit breaker, and a lightning arrester already integrated into the steel enclosure saves a significant amount of time and separate component sourcing compared to building a combiner solution from scratch. Everything needed for a safe, properly protected multi-string solar input is already inside the box and ready to wire up, which makes the installation process clean and straightforward for both on-grid and off-grid solar system builds. The IP65 rated steel case gives real confidence for permanent outdoor installation, providing solid protection against dust, moisture, and weather exposure over the long term. The 4-string capacity is perfect for combining multiple panel strings efficiently before running a single output to the charge controller, and the built-in lightning protection adds a valuable layer of safety for outdoor solar installations. The overall build quality of the steel enclosure feels durable and well-…

This is a must have if you are hooking up a solar system. Great construction very well built. Keeps everything nice and organized in a nice compact box with breaker circuits. Easy to install. And a great price . Would buy again if ever needed.
Easy installation
Easy to install and comes with everything you need.
Does what it suppose to do
Works fine. Does what it is suppose to do. Quality ok. The connector tool is poor, it does not work.
Mr
As Advertised , Well made , Good value , Quality product , Recommended , Used these solar cables for my off grid solar battery system 👍

Great product! Well made and received quickly
Mr
Everything as advertised. Easy to set-up and install, and all at a great price. Would definitely recommend, and I will surely buy again.
Mr
Fantastic product, works great with my 900 way system on 3 strings.
Mr
Very good product, good strong box, well laid out with quality items. Works great and very happy. Cheers Geoff
Amazing waterproofing
The combiner has worked over a year on a exterior mount and it's seals are still intact. The current control also works very well at 15A and resetting is very smooth.
Mr
Excellent product. Quality was better than expected. Will buy again.
Manager
IP65 arrived promptly and was as per the brand's specification. Excellent purchase and very economical. Fits well with my location.

A nice little puzzle that functions excellently upon assembly
Works great
I put it together installed, it works great\nAnd I like that the door locked that's definitely a plus
A Guy
I'm holding back one star because I feel that the lock is cheesy. The box can be opened with a flat blade screw driver. Otherwise, this seems be good quality and less expensive than if I sourced the parts and assembled them myself.
Sad
Will never buy one of these again by far the most useless thing you could ever buy for $100
Home owner
It works great, everything plugged into it and has been working flawlessly for over a year, plan on purchasing another when I’m ready for a second solar array!

The device is not yet tried but the construction itself and appearance give confidence in the item. If the device shows the anomalies over time, I subsequently report.

User
I believe others have made this note as well. First thing you have to do when you receive it is to move the fuse holders and breakers on the bus bar. If you don't you wil find that should you ever have to replace fuse #1 you will not be able to. As well, the fuse holder pinches the ground strap that goes from the main case to the front door panel. To me this is just sloppy workmanship. The cables that go from the connectors to the bus bar are clearly labeled for the negative wires. Though no corresponding labels in the junction box, it appears that they have used left to right number of the ports with #1 port being on the left and the corresponding longest cable is marked as number 1. I haven't installed the system yet, but hopefully there will be no issues with its function. Just be aware this is not an assembled plug and play item. You or your installer will have to assemble the wiring into the jucntion box. Not difficult, but if you're expecting PNP you will be disappointed.
Love this, saves time from having to search what is included in the box
Awesome product! Contains everything I needed to my solar system in one box. At first I was little troubled when tried to source everything separately, but then noticed this combiner box which has it all. Just love this. Good quality and has everything all ready, just needed to do the cable work to and from the box.
Engineer
Good product fuse rating in the fuses that came in it were too low 15 amps so we simply looked at the specs written on the box and fitted 32 amps fuses instead. Works fine and does what it says it does. Would buy again..
Mr
Great plug and play combiner box. Sturdy and waterproof. Came well packaged and the usual fast delivery I've come to expect from the brand.
Excellent Value and Performance for Solar Combiner Box
I recently purchased the Solar Combiner Box, and it fully met my expectations. This box provided an excellent solution for my solar panel setup, and it was much cheaper than buying the parts separately and assembling them myself. The installation was straightforward, and the quality of the components is impressive. The IP65 waterproof rating and built-in protections offer peace of mind. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective solar combiner box.
Mr
I must admit, I was hesitant to buy this combiner box due to an unpleasant experience with another purchase. But I gave the brand another chance and bought again. I was pleasantly surprised to find the combiner box exactly fitted my needs, was of reasonably good quality and easy to install. A suggested improvement would be a volt/current/watts meter inside the box. I recommend this product. Thank you
4 string combiner box
This is the 4th combiner box I have purchased here. The other 3 are all 6 string boxes. These are compact and easy to mount. After that just attach the wires. This box has a better latch system than the others I have so I don;t know if that's a new feature. Over 3 years and I've had no problems with any of them.
Mr
Good price, good product, fast shipping to eu. No taxes. It need a mim chat Numbers...very stupid this form.
Mr.
Decent build quality at a good price. Remember to retighten all factory connections before placing it in service.
Mr
Nice combiner box. Sadly, no PV shut-off included and fuses rather than breakers, but it is quality. Note that the 63 Amp main breaker may be too high if not using all four PV inputs and very heavy wire to run from the combiner box and may need replacing to be safe. We could only run 10 AWG wire from the combiner box and use two of the 4 input lines (~2400W 22 amps at 130+Voc with 3 x195W panels in series x 2 in each of the two input), so the 63 amp main break is illegal and pretty useless at protecting 10 AWG wire and needs replacing. At 11amps from each parallel section of the array the 15amp fuses were ok. We also put it in a stainless box as the squirrels here are ferocious on wire and plastic. Besides, the input wire needs protection (by code) and those MC4 input connectors also do not meet code and need strain relief. I was probably better off building it from scratch with a din rail, DC breakers, and my stainless boxes from the scrap yard. But, this one is convenient, if modified as needed.
Mr
Great Quality Pv combiner box. As usual appears to have the best price and quality. This is one of a number of items I have purchased from them over the past few years, fast shipping and a good selection of products
