Payment is made when you place the order, on a secure, encrypted page. The methods available depend on the delivery country and are always shown at checkout.
In all countries
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and the other networks shown at checkout, with 3-D Secure authentication.
- Express payment — Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, on compatible devices and browsers.
- Klarna — the options (pay in instalments or later) depend on the country and on approval by Klarna.
- Local methods — Bancontact (Belgium) and MobilePay (Denmark and Finland), where available for your country.
In Portugal
- MB WAY — confirm the payment in the app on your mobile phone.
- Multibanco — you receive a reference to pay at a Multibanco ATM or through online banking.
Pay in 3 interest-free instalments
In Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands, Klarna may allow you to pay in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to approval by Klarna. When available, the product page shows the amount of each instalment.
Security
We do not see or store your card details: payments are processed by Shopify's payment platform and, in the case of Klarna, by Klarna itself. We will never ask you for payments by other means, to personal accounts or outside this shop — see the fraud alert.
Refunds for a return or cancellation are made using the same payment method.
