Not good
Not sure if mine arrived broken but we put it together and set it up on the fencing inside out coop and overnight it flooded the entire area. The cup stays locked down and I think what's happening is that most of them are continuing to fill and then drain over the side of the cup. Going to try to replace with chicken nipple design but feels like a waste of money at this point.
Do not buy. Cheap
Most of the “automatic” water spouts don’t function correctly and don’t fill as a result. Also, mosquitoes easily lay larvae in the spouts resulting in contaminated water.

Very happy that I purchased these waterer. Great size, chickens love drinking from them. Water stays clean inside. The cups need to be cleaned out periodically, but I wish I had purchased these years ago!

I am well pleased. It takes about 2 weeks for seven hens to go through all this water.
Dangerous for hens
This waterer gets knocked by a hen, dislodges and the water drains onto the floor. If farmer is away for a while they are without water.
