Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to all purchases made in this store by consumers residing in the European Union.

What we sell

The store has two lines, with different delivery rules:

Home, garden, hardware and decoration — stock items, shipped from warehouses in the European Union.
Luna Art paintings — canvases printed after your order in a European workshop. Includes the customised painting with image sent by the customer.

Prices and tax

Prices in euros, with VAT of the country of delivery included (European Union OSS scheme). Shipping costs are indicated before payment and may vary with destination and volume. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Order and payment

The contract is considered concluded upon payment confirmation. You will receive confirmation by e-mail with the order summary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order with a manifest pricing error or without supplier availability, immediately refunding any amount charged.

Delivery

We deliver only within the European Union, within the deadlines indicated in “Shipping and deadlines”. Deadlines are in working days and count from payment confirmation; for paintings, production is included. If a deadline cannot be met, we will notify you and you may accept a new deadline or cancel the order with a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason (see “Refund and returns policy”). Exception: the customised painting with customer’s image is made to measure and, under article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, is not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Legal guarantee

All new items have a 3-year legal conformity guarantee from delivery (Decree-Law no. 84/2021). During this period, if the item is not in conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, under the law.

Customised painting — content sent by the customer

By sending an image, you declare that you have the necessary rights over it and that it does not contain illegal, offensive content or infringe third-party rights. We may refuse images that do not comply with these conditions. The image is used exclusively to produce your order (see Privacy Policy).
