Great Pan Without the Large Price Tag
I bought this pan to use as a long term solution for cleaning up greasy car parts, and general maintenance — to keep the mess contained. It’s definitely not its original purpose, but unless something catastrophic happens to the pan, it’s likely the only one I’ll need for the rest of my life. The pan is made very well, and is great quality. The pan wedges are smooth and will not cut into my fingers or hands when I’m moving it around.

Good solid pan
Great pans only flaw is that the handles aren’t attached, you have to screw them on. Everything is supplied to do this. I just don’t trust that the screws won’t eventually come loose.

Great pans/trays. Only thing I didn’t like is that they’re too deep to fit in the regular bases for my catering equipment. I use these for things that don’t need to stay warm. I think they’re better than the others because the lids are flat and can be stacked easily, they’re not bulky….but not as pretty as the ones with the dome lids. 🤷🏻♀️

We've used these for carrying ingredients to and from the cooking area while cooking outdoors, to serve shrimp/crab boils out of, to store/serve iced beverages... very utilitarian which is what they were bought for.
Use with my Blackstone
I have a 36" Blackstone griddle. When you are cooking 24 burgers at once and want to melt the cheese, you need something huge to cover them. I bought this huge pan, put a gate handle on it, and now I have a 24 cheese melting cover for my Blackstone. Also great for slow cooking stuff on it or just to cover and keep warm.

Perfect for catering, MY
I run a high volume catering operation and go through hotel pans at speed. The finish on these has put up with more abuse than I am used to, a few months in of heavy use and they are still shining with no signs of abuse.
