Garbage the heater came with a pump that’s already doesn’t work and a fuel tanks seams leaking … tried to reach out too support and they don’t give you proper solutions.. 3 heaters in a row all doing the same Awful will never purchase product from here again and wouldn’t recommend unless you want to spend three week of your life getting no where with support.
Great heater
Vast improvement on the one I bought 18 months ago from a different company, Bluetooth, , remote control, fast startup and shut down. The only thing that could make it better is a fuel gauge on the app, and maybe a bigger fuel tank. Keep up the good work!👍✨

Purchased 2kW 12v diesel heater, package arrived well packed. Have completed heater install in RV, parts appear good quality. Spent 3 days, installing followed commissioning process, heater started first attempt. Priming fuel lines makes a very happy purchaser. Manufactured my turret see pic.
Not impressed
I’m underwhelmed with this diesel heater. The rigid, short exhaust limits installation options, and the front-mounted LCD screen has very little cable length, making placement difficult. The air intake feels cheap, and the filter is minimal. The app offers limited controls, has poor range, and I’ve had constant problems programming and using it. Fuel consumption has also been atrocious so far. Overall, there’s plenty of room for improvement in design, usability, and efficiency. Still trying to make it work but have considered returning the unit

I purchased this in september in australia...so just coming out of winter....i'm going to use it in my shed to replace the older upright all-in-one that doesn't work anymore...this one is identical to my other, so I can swap over the custom stand, exhaust, and air inlet....the price was great, free delivery, and it arrived quickly...I can fully reccommend any of the products I have purchased so far!..💚

Best bang for your buck
Bought one for my 2007 western star. I’ve at the well known name brand that starts with the letter “W” and ends with the letter “o”. After a year the warranty drops off and I end up having to replace it after two years of fairly consistent use. The biggest problem is there unit is well over $1000 cad. This one being a little over $125 cad i can afford to swap it out in five minutes. A friend of mine has had one in his truck for over two years and hasn’t had any issues How can you go wrong with this product? I love the Bluetooth capabilities too! Thanks for offering this! In today’s economy it’s hard to find reliability at an affordable cost. You sure nailed it. As for installl time; with a 7” hole saw, and a 2.25” hole saw; it took me all of four hours to install. I did end up having to order a turret mount plate with the 2.5” collar for mounting. I’d give this product 10 stars if I could.

I bought it in the spring, and now—in the autumn—I decided to give it a try.It heats well, but while traveling in the camper, I noticed a diesel leak from the fuel tank—the cap doesn't close tightly.

I was kind of hesitant about ordering one of these because I saw it on the internet, but I'm glad I did. The heater I used to use which was like a diesel wick type heater used 5 gallons and a 12 to 18 hour. This one uses about 1 gallon in 24 hours which is awesome!

Purchased a couple of months ago to replace my previous troublesome heater. This new 2kw with Bluetooth is a great improvement. Currently using it as I write, and I’m appreciating its warmth. Using the app is a real pleasure as compared to the nonsensical combination of buttons on hard to read screen. As to reliability, time will tell. Just out of curiosity, as I generally use the app, why is the remote so large?

Nagrzewnica moim zdaniem nie działa poprawnie a osprzęt jest najgorszej jakości. Po 15 minutach rura nawiewu się stopiła i zdeformowała Poprosiłem pomoc techniczną o pomoc aby obniżyć temperaturę nie zmniejszając nawiewu i dostałem odpowiedź że mam zmniejszyć moc i temperaturę do najniższej a rura wytrzymuje temperaturę 180c i nie mają o większej wytrzymałości, to mogłem kupić tańszy o mniejszej mocy. Osobiście nie polecam

Bonjour, je viens de recevoir mon chauffage, livraison très rapide, rien à dire par contre après ouverture du colis il y a le connecteur du chauffage qui est cassé et la pièce n’est même pas dans le colis donc elle a été cassée avant même de partir du du local de chez vous

Ogrzewacz jest świetny. Wyprułem z savany w wersji explorer wymiennik ciepła firmy proair, który był już tylko częściowo sprawny, ale ledwo trzymał się kupy. Błyskawicznie zamontowałem w jego miejsce ten - zmieścił się, choć musiałem poszerzyć otwór w podłodze z którego korzystał proair żeby bezpiecznie odprowadzić spaliny. Urządzenie jest dość głośne - im wyższa moc, tym gorzej! Ale grzeje szybko i bardzo skutecznie. W aplikacji brakuje mi możliiwości włączenia samego nawiewu, bez grzania. To jest zdecydowanie coś, co na pewno możecie wprowadzić małym kosztem, a dodać do produktu świetną funkcjonalność, która już tam jest. Byłaby dostępna dla nowych i starych klientów! Połączenie bluetooth często się rozłącza... wystarczy odrobinę za szybko naklikać zmianę mocy i potem trzeba czekać, aż znowu "zaskoczy". Ma też bardzo mały zasięg. Ale działa. Zabrakło mi też instrukcji, który element mocujący jest do czego - nie jest to tragedia, ale parę razy zwątpiłem. Trudny dostęp do dokręcenia węża wylotu spalin do ogrzewacza. Mimo wszystko za te pieniądze świetna sprawa

Super Produkt, nur schade das alles in Englisch ist. Zudem fehlt der Einbauanleileitung der Anlage zum Anbau an den Tank vom Auto….. Aber ansonsten ist das Produkt sehr gut, habe mir viele Produkte angeschaut die teurer sind. Kann es nur empfehlen

Este al 2-lea incalzitor pe motorină de la producător pe care l-am cumpărat. La prețul de achiziție trebuie adaugate unele elemente în valoare totală de vreo 40€ (prelungire țeavă de eșapament, sursă de curent de 12V 240W, suporți de perete). Pentru instalare trebuie date găuri de 8-10mm pentru suporti si de 25mm pt țeava de eșapament). Are 6 trepte de putere. Eu il folosesc pe treapta 1 cu un consum de motorina de cca. 300 ml/h. E destul de zgomotos. Nu e o soluție silentioasa pentru încălzirea pe timp de noapte a unui dormitor, deoarece de aude constant țăcănitul pompei de motorină.
