Zero stability

It looks tough. But is very flimsy…. I definitely regret this purchase. The plastic one I had was more firm than this for the same price.

Stable and ease of moving love it

I bought this is early September and I tell you now, I am in love with this hose real I move it all around the property with ease. I don’t have to drag a flimsy hose around trying to water wit it getting hung on everything and kinking this is a god sent I highly recommend it and it is so simple to assemble. Thank you.

Does the job.

It's nothing fancy or elaborate, but if you want a hose reel cart made of metal instead of plastic, and don't want to spend a lot of money, and need to be able to roll up 150 feet or more of 5/8 " hose, this will do the job. Plumbing connections seem solid with no leakage. Assembly was fairly easy as long as you take your time and follow the instructions and use a little common sense. You will need to keep a foot on it to wind the hose until it gets some weight, but it works and winds as expected.

I would not purchase again

I purchased this reel a month ago from you to roll my new hose ( also from the brand). When assembling the reel, the attachment that holds the wheels is missing. There are other small nuts missing. I have e mailed you several times and only a note saying someone will get back to me! It’s been a month already and I’m very sad about this.

Sturdy and Easy to Move

Sturdy, easy to move, and holds plenty of hose. The storage basket is a nice bonus. Great for keeping the yard organized.

Hose Reel Cart

Overall, not a bad cart with the exception of the upper pull arm which is too short. I had to purchase some pipe to extend the arm as to not have to bend down to move it around to where I need it.

Poor product. No support

I would advise not to buy this product. The one I got has a fitting in the drum with a thread that does not suit standard hose fittings in Australia or they just sent me one that had a different thread. Either way they dont want to know about it and now I'm left with a very shit hamster wheel

Sturdy product

Great product and very sturdy. Makes easy use at any outside faucset. Putting together was a little challenging but worth the effort.

Takes a few minutes to assemble. Read instructions as usual always read instructions.

Easy to assemble very well made as usual from this company I ordered everything from her now my go to company for everything that I need. Better than big name brands but cheaper. I put 350 feet of hose on it held everything. Plus I have all my nozzles on it . Easy to roll on rough surfaces. I pull it with my golf cart or lawn mower. Or four wheeler around the yard works great. Looks great it cleaned up all my hoses out of my yard.

A great cart for a large hose

I needed a large cart to accommodate a long hose. Easy to install and to work with.

I use this to roll my spray painting hoses. I find it very useful. Works fine and keeps hoses tidy

The price is good the quality is decent for what you're paying for. My only complaint is that the handle that you grab onto is way too short as I'm 6 ft and need to hunch over in order to pull it in the direction that I want it to go. Would be nice to have a retractable handle that can accommodate to my height.

Flimsy

The most disappointing thing I have got from the brand, I wanted a new reel to replace my old Craftsman and this one iis flimsy, hard to reel in and the low handle makes it hard to even wheel around. Do not buy this hose reel go to Homedepot or Lowe's.

Keep it out of the rain if possible, rusts easily

I like the unit very much, but it's only my first summer and it's already rusting, I like the fact that I can just roll in the hose and with the hose gaskets no leaks whatsoever but the rain or outside humidity is causing it to rust easily, no that's a shame 🫤

Leaks at hose connection

Had over a month now, it leaks vadly where the short hose enter the pipe. There is no apparent way to tighten the compression fitting. Also it has already started rusting.

Read specifications

Purchased to replace a less expensive plastic hose reel. My fault for not reading thoroughly the dimensions. I’m not tall, 5’9, handle is way to low especially when trying to move it around. Would not recommend.

Great hose reel

Great purchase, so solid. Priced equal to inferior plastic options, easy to assermble. Looks like it should last for years. I got brass 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch commectors for the hose and it's leak-free. I'd reccomend it highly.

The reel was delivered quick and was easy to assemble/ Seem to be well built and should last for many years. Too bad it didnt come with a suppy hose.

Nice hose reel

Nice design. Pay attention to what screws go where as they look alike but some are slightly longer etc. The metal is far better then the plastic versions. It's not heavy duty, but a good home owners version.

this cart is not cheaply made, very strong and sturdy, the wheels work great in the thick lawn, reels in very nice and smooth. it is well made cart, will last years, and years

Not well designed

Bought this a few weeks ago. 8/9/2026. Not a bad hose reel., but has some issues. 1. Hose capacity: I installed 100ft. of 5/8 hose and it barely had enough room no way can you get 200ft. to 300ft. of 5/8 hose on this. 2. Supply hose: the provided input side supply hose is a joke. in collapsed almost immediately. 3. Hooking up the hose to the reel fitting: I not sure who engineered this but they should lose their job. If all you did was reverse engineer a different hose reel you would get this right. I had to come up with a fitting to get the hose to spool onto the reel. I used an old reel as a model. I realize this thing is inexpensive compared to a good reel but, you at least have to try and make something that works.

Leaks

Not to impressed as after 5 months it’s starting to rust and the connection to the hose leaks. I’m not sure if this is a part that can be replaced? Could not find a parts list on the website

Nice hose reel, sturdy and ease of use

I bought this to hose reel to go with the stainless steel garden hose I ordered. It was easy to assemble and works great. My only complaint is the bolts are rusting.

Sturdy, leak free

It is sturdy and connections are not leaking. I did use two wrenches to secure hose to reel cart and that has worked well. For the most part it was straight forward in putting together. Gets used every 2-3 days for last month and no issues. It is holding 100 ft hose and able to accomodate more. Reel handle works well. Would recommend.

Works Great

We purchased this cart to hold a 100 foot garden hose. It has worked out perfectly. Easy to move it around. Water flow is great through our hose.

Nice cart., works well, strong built,,, disappointed that it didn’t come with a short leader hose , which I had to purchase after unpacking this product,, and learned of no hose included,,,, and yes it does state in the advertisement that no hose included,, I misunderstood thinking they meant of the long garden hose not included, a lot of other brands included this leader hose with purchase.

It's a little hard o maneuver in the grass, but needed the smaller size for storage.

Nice, heavy duty cart. The only drawback is you have to be careful reel your hose "not" too tightly as where the hose connects , the hose can get kinked. It needs some kind of support from the hose connector to the reel, to keep the hose from kinking, or and angular connection.

Works as advertised. Center of Gravity is too high and you really have to put some weight on it to keep from tipping while rolling up. The pass through swivel fitting has a straight fitting on the hose end for the rolling side so the hose will try to kink when you start rolling it up. The travel handle for rolling it around is made for someone that's only 4.5 ft tall. But it was cheap and it does work.

The wheel falls off every time you roll up the hose. The thread piece into the hose connection spins out as you roll the hose in.

Solid Built Hose Reel

Got this hose cart to manage my 175' x 5/8" hose I use from my pond irrigation pump for watering the plants and lawn. The 175' of 5/8" hose pretty well fills the reel, you might get another 25' of 5/8" hose on it (200' total). It handles the hose weight very well but I think if the wheels were a larger diameter the cart could move a bit easier over bumpy grass / ground conditions. A bit of a struggle but not a big deal. One thing I find a bit irritating is that the wound up hose reel wants to unwind when your moving it and you have to somehow hold or loop in the end of the hose on something on the cart to hold it secure. If there was a clip or some type of reel locking / holding device installed to hold the reel in place from turning around, that would be very handy. Still, can live with it, and overall pleased with the purchase.

We have found this to be a tremendous help too our ability to water our whole yard and retrieve our hose inn a timely manner and with little effort.

Very sturdy and well made with high quality steel

I expect this hose reel will last many years. The steel is high quality, and the reel easily rolled in my 100 foot heavy duty 3/4 inch hose, which is quite a pain to use without this reel. Notes: 1) It took quite a bit of time, maybe an hour to put together. 2) The wheels are cheap (everything else is high quality) but I expect they will last a long time and would be easy to replace is ever needed. 3) I did not test how the hook up to my water supply works because I don't anticipate using it.

Perfect storage

Works perfectly. Holds my 200 foot hose great. Makes easy storage. Its light weight. And easy to move around. It is very simple to put together.

Good price hopenot lasts longer than the plastic carts

The instructions are not the best...but after i bought it in chgo....i ordered another one for my cabin in mich. I put them together. The plastic carts break after a year or two...so i opted for metal. Its lightweight and seems sturdy.. i use a 100 ft hose. The connections are brass...no leaking yet...

Quality hose reel cart for a reasonable price. It took about a little over an hour to assemble.

Replace the o ring!

Three month(ish) review It is sturdy in every aspect except the handlebar to push it around; the part sleeves onto the frame and isn’t 100% secure so it has a loose fit that will gradually get more loose over time. The cart “handles” well in terms of pushing it around, and the added storage space on the handlebar is far more useful for organization than I had expected. The one truly big con is the o ring included failed spectacularly. Replacing it with one from a repair kit solved any issues I’ve had and it’s been absolutely leak free since. Overall, it’s a solid reel cart that punches a bit above its weight, but the o ring leak was rather frustrating and ruined what was otherwise a 5 star product.
