Fiquei muito decepcionada com os acabamentos do produto. Vem tudo muito bem embalado, mas à primeira vista, até parece um artigo usado. Péssimos acabamentos para uma marca com tantos artigos deste género à venda! Depois de tudo montado, consegue-se disfarçar mais ou menos as imperfeições.

Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu ma commande dans les délais et emballage non détérioré. Par contre, très déçue au déballage (pour l'anniversaire de ma petite fille) le tabouret est abimé sur l'assise et au niveau de la niche coté droit planchette coupée en deux ? à coller par nos soins !!! un pied de la coiffeuse n'était pas emballé on est obligé de tout "rafistoler" nous même ! ce qui est inadmissible !! on ne peut pas s'amuser à renvoyer le tout imaginé la tête de l'enfant en voyant tout ça la mise en carton est très légère et sans vérification surtout que l'emballage n'était pas défectueux ! c'est la première fois que je commande et surement la dernière ! j'attends un geste commercial en retour sur cette commande .. Merci bonne journée
