Serious bit of kit.

Chops beautifully. The clamp situation isn't amazing but that's easily fixed and it's fine for straight cuts. Very little heat generated considering how fast it cuts.

Big power!

I busted the brand's chain before for other miscellaneous issues, but at the end of the day, they have some pretty nice stuff! From the snow plow, to the diesel heater, to the portable bandsaw and now this, I have no complaints! I use my equipment. I don't beat it. This stuff should last me the balance of my days. Love the slow start on the chop saw. You can tell this thing has some real power. Definitely wear protective equipment when cutting

Well worth the purchase

Great saw for the money, have put it through its paces cutting oil field pipe, a lot of 4x4 square tubing and other steel. Definitely recommend.

Shop foreman

Cleaner, quieter and faster than abrasive chop saws. Works great the only issue I have has so far is the blade lock pin came out, contacted the brand, they are sending a replacement. The only downside is the little metal shavings from the cut but they are easily cleaned up with a magnet. Regret not buying one sooner.

Great machine and perfect for its intended use

Firstly, superfast delivery, arrived earlier than predicted. We bought this saw to renovate our back pergola and its perfect for use. Cuts extremely well and happy with quality.

Works brilliantly. The blade guard is a bit flimsy, but I'm not bothered about that.

At first glance the saw look somehow flimsy, but it cut nice also the angle cuts are strait. Im satisfied with it. Only the on-off switch coud be beter designed it is not ergonomic

The device's workmanship isn't exactly top-notch, but it's a good saw for the price. The locking bolt for the chassis parts holder and the clamp adjustment were a bit rough to finish. However, with minor repairs this was not a big problem. When sawing, a fair amount of metal shavings fly around, so it's worth building a collector for them so you don't have to clean the entire workshop after sawing. Despite the protection, safety glasses are mandatory, as always when doing metal work. The motor seems to have a lot of power and the blade cuts black steel well. I've only sawed a few parts so I can't say anything about the durability of the blade. When sawing, the saw surprisingly does not resonate, but is solid and the handle is sturdy. The overall rating is good+ and the price is reasonable. I can recommend the product to others. Delivery to Finland was very fast and with reasonable shipping costs.

Works well

It cuts well but that 45 angle is not true 45. The blade is dull after some 45 angle cuts of a 80x80 steel beam. The cuts are clean, the base is sturdy, well made and heavy. It's a good tool.

Gotta have one if you cut a lot of steel.

The carbide blade on this machine cuts metal beautifully. As long as I go slow, the cut has a polished look. Ten times better than the grinding wheels that wear out quickly and cut very slow and leave a very rough edge and they veer off pne way or another. This one cuts thick, wide sections of steel where the grinding wheels would stop cutting when there was too much metal against the blade. Deserves 6 stars.

Butter and steel

I am soooo impressed with this unit. No more leaning on the handle watching the old chop saw get nothing but red hot. This cuts through 1/2 like its butter, I realize this is all due to the blade but, this saw seems to have a magnetic starter in it? Or, it acts like a mag starter and starts the motor up to full speed in stages. Luv it! Should have bought it years ago!

Smooth cut

Replacing small metal horizontal band saw due shop fire. I thought this would take up less shop space. The cut is amazing. Longevity? I will do a review later and give pro/cons. But, I'm impressed and would buy again.

Perfection

For the price point this thing is perfect, All it needed was a quality stand and a Diablo 90T Steel Deamon blade !

Way better than a abrasive saw

I like the fast clean cuts this saw makes. You can go straight to fitting up without having to clean your cuts most of the time, sometimes there will be a little burr on one side of the cut. I've cut everything from 1/2\\" angle to 4×4×1/4 square tube. The blade that comes with it is awesome. The build quality is good, the base could use some improvements. The value to price is good.

I Love This Saw!

This is one solid unit! It's weight keeps it planted and eliminates vibration. It is amazingly smooth while cutting heavy steel. My first cut was thru a piece of industrial grade 2x2x1/4\\" square tubing. I was surprised by how I only felt a smooth resistance, not anything like cutting wood with a chop saw. More like pushing down on a 4 inch thick piece of foam, there was no sense of vibration from each tooth contacting the metal. I would imagine the speed of the saw, tooth count of the blade and force on the handle or cutting rate were all contributing factors. I wish I'd had this saw decades ago rather than the hundreds of cutoff disks on 7 and 9 inch grinders. If you've ever thought about owning a metal cutting chop saw, just buy it, it's money well spent and I doubt that you will ever regret the purchase. Thanks for a really, great product. Don

Demanding non-professional metal worker

I am really impressed by the cutting performance. However, the clamping unit and is scale for angle is less than impressive. In fact it’s really bad. I’ll have to make my own modifications to be able to see the scale properly. I’ll put a mirror at the rear of the saw showing the scale from the “other side”. Having said all of this, this saw is excellent.

Configuration issue

Due to mysterius circumstance the wrong sort of saw was delivered which does not work properbly works on german power grid. The crisis management solved this issue perfectly.

Una magnifica sierra tronzadora de metal , disco de corte de muy buena calidad y herramienta potente y sin apenas vibraciones , por sacarle un defecto ,el elemento que bloquea el brazo de la sierra es de dudosa calidad ,el muelle no sirve para nada y en ocasiones no bloquea bien o se queda algo bloqueado .

Cu acest fierastrau fac taieturi perfecte, taie foarte repede fara bavura. Se regleaza usor la unghi (folisesc un raportor digital nu gradatiile) . O problema ar fi la unghiuri mai mici de30 grade ca nu permite menghina safie prinsa cu 2 suruburi dar am reusit sa tai si la 12 grade. Ma gandeam sa il vand dupa ce imi fac treaba, acum cand vad cat de util imi este stau pe ganduri. Pretul e foarte ojk in comaratie de alternative sunt pe piata.
