Ensemble de guides linéaires SBR : SBR16-1500 mm. La guide linéaire comprend 2 rails SBR16 de 1500 mm de longueur et 4 blocs coulissants SBR16U.
Charge dynamique par bloc : 774 N, charge statique par bloc : 1180 N.
Durable et longue durée : Le rail linéaire est fabriqué en acier au carbone et aluminium avec une surface chromée pour une résistance à la rouille et une haute durabilité. 4 blocs coulissants en aluminium intégrés avec roulements à billes pour un glissement fluide et sans obstruction.
Bruit faible lors du glissement : Les blocs coulissants SBR en aluminium et l’axe linéaire en acier carbone sont parfaitement assortis. Les roulements à billes intégrés assurent un mouvement à faible friction, lisse et sans inclinaison, permettant un contrôle facilitant le travail.
Haute précision : Dimensions précises de l’axe circulaire et rectitude, garantissant haute précision, répétabilité et stabilité du mouvement. La base en aluminium robuste et le bloc coulissant disposent de trous de montage précis pour une installation fiable et facile.

Coulisse parfaitement
Utilisé pour faire un rail pour une défonceuse. La glissière fonctionne très bien sur la longueur de 2.2 m. Dommage que le diamètre était uniquement disponible en 20mm. J'aurais bien pris le modèle en diamètre 25. Néanmoins en 20mm ça fonctionne aussi bien

Smooth movement and solid construction
I’m very impressed with these linear rails. The rails feel solid and well made, and the carriages move smoothly with very little play once everything is properly installed and aligned. They were straightforward to install, and the overall construction gives me confidence that they’ll hold up well over time. I especially like how smoothly they travel, which makes them a great option for DIY projects, CNC builds, 3D printers, or other applications where precise linear movement is important. For the price, the quality is excellent. They feel much more substantial than I expected and have worked great for my project so far.

Pretty good for what we needed them for
These worked great for our application. One of the 4 we bought had a little bit of bend in the aluminum part that attaches to the rail, but it wasn't a big deal for us and it straightened out when we screwed it down. Also cool not, the bearings within the blocks themselves are asymmetric internally, allowing for both a vertical and horizontal mounting, which was excellent.
Watch out for delivery costs.
The products themselves are great however, delivery is appalling. I purchased three different length guide rail sets and they were all delivered separately. Worst still, whilst free delivery is advertised, it was free delivery to Perth metro but I was quoted $440.00 to deliver the products to an outer suburb. That was more than the cost of all the products together. Eventually I had them delivered to a relative instead but tracking information was also difficult to obtain. I would happily purchase the products again but not if I had to go through the same delivery process.

I think I would have been better off getting the larger diameter, I should have waited until it came back into stock. All features work as advertised , just a little rough sounding and feeling when sliding back and forth, Seems to correct itself when you add weight to it like a heavy router.

The linear guide set SFC 20 1000mm and the linear guide set SBR16 1000mm are a good way to to DIY a router sled. The hardware and a way to combined them takes some finagling. It would be nice if an all in one package was available. Most router sleds run $250 on up to $800. I think I spent about $160 in all.

Great product at good price. While they were a bit overkill for my project (I used them to slide a V shaped hot knofe over the honey filled frames for uncacping), they worke perfectly, allowing me to save a lot of money by bulding my own uncapping machine, rather than buy a verry expensive one.
