Compressor pump

This compressor work great better then the one that came on the tank would recommend it to anyone that needs a new compressor motor

Maschinen Reparatur

Preisgünstiger und kompakter Kompressor.

Durable

This pump has been going strong for about a year. No complaints.

Use the belt and pulley calculator and get the right one.

So far 4 months I. It seems to work just fine once we figured the correct sized pulley for the motor.

New compressor head.

Unit looks good. Just need to finish the plumbing.

Quite impressed

Yea my pump came covered in oil too. I powered this pump with a 1.5HP 1750 RPM motor. Using a 6.25" pulley on that 1750 RPM motor results in 1041 RPM on the pump. I was pleasantly surprised to see the pump achieved 9.2CFM @ 90psi at this speed (formula adjusted for atmospheric pressure @ 1000m above sea level). You could easily underdrive the pump for longevity and still exceed the modestly advertised 5.8 As long as the pump lasts, it's a great buy.

Excellent product!

After 6 years of operation my 26 gallon Kobalt Quiet Tech called it quits so ordered this up as an alternative to buying an entirely new setup. As others have said, took a bit of modification to the base plate for install, but other than that it’s a simple fix and a great alternative to entire replacement. Bonus: quieter than original and has slightly larger displacement. Buy it and swap out your old one, no regrets!

Air Compressor Motor

This Oil-free Air Compressor M otor is very quiet..it's a nice upgrade to the Kobalt 26 Galon air compressor " Perfect fit"...did I say "very quiet"

Very Quiet Compressor Upgrade with One Minor Limitation

This compressor pump and motor assembly worked great for my project. I used it to repair a broken Kobalt air compressor that I picked up on Facebook Marketplace for a steal. The original compressor pump had completely failed and had actually overheated badly enough to catch fire. This unit was nearly a direct replacement, using the same mounting holes as the original pump, so installation was straightforward. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly quiet it is. I was honestly surprised. You can stand right next to the compressor while it's running and carry on a normal conversation without raising your voice. For a small air compressor, that's exceptional. The dual-piston design built into the motor housing provides a smooth, consistent airflow, and the overall layout is very similar to the California Air Tools style compressors. If you're repairing or modifying a similar compressor, there's a good chance this unit will fit with little or no modification. Air output is adequate for general shop use. It's not the fastest compressor I've used, but the low noise level more than makes up for it. It keeps up well for light to moderate air tool use, although with high-demand tools l…

Buen precio

Todo bien funciona perfecto y muy silencioso

Manually crank and add oil before starting

The cylinder head is small but works well. The only thing is that before installing it, it must be moved manually and oil must be poured in. Everything else is ok.

Very quiet pump

I’m giving it 4 stars because 2 of the cooling fins broke off during shipping but it doesn’t seem to hurt it any. The pump is so much quieter than my old compressor pump and fills the tank to 150psi in no time

Super

Good compressor head

Have it for a year with regular use, still operating correctly.

Meister

Performs as advertised

Pump works as expected, my compressor actually works better that it has ever done from new. its taking 4 1/2 mins to fill a 100lt tank to 8bar and is able to constantly supply my sand blast cabinet with 115 psi . Happy with the purchase.

Topkwaliteit prestaties.

Degelijke constructie en weinig trillingen wanneer correct uitgelijnd. Werkt verrassend soepel.

👍

Depuis le temps aucun problème, fonctionne parfaitement

Field Tech Owner

Rebuilt an ingersolrand air compressor unit using this pump instead of the original works great. No complaints it build pressure great and maintains with no leaking or over reving with the engine i paired to it

Bueno

Muy buena relación calidad-precio! Lleva un mes funcionando correctamente!!

Air compressor pump

I have purchased many items from the brand and my last purchase was this air compressor put the first one ran for about 2 months with no issues untill it locked up I contacted the brand and they sent out a replacement so far the new pump is working really well hopefully this one last a while the brand for the win.

sir

Note: read the manual when used with a 2 pole 2880 rpm. motor you should use a 100 mm 4” V pulley whel on the motor making the unit run with 1080 rpm.

Complimenti, montato e funziona alla hrande

Kompressor Motor

Nice compressor

This is a nice compressor. I used it to replace an Ingersol Rand S3 that was 26 years old and needed a new valve plate. The compressor was half the price of a new valve plate for the S3. So far it seems just as good as the S3.

Installer

Very good compressor, huge upgrade to CFM and also more quiet than the previous pump it was replacing it took a little retrofitting to get it mounted and air line connected, shroud position, but it all worked out. Wonderful pump, great value!

Used this for my custom build

I had a 3/4 hp motor and I figured if it struggled to use this compressor head I would adjust the pulleys accordingly until it didn't struggle. I didn't change a thing, I just filled it with oil and put a belt on them and it works like a champ. I love how quiet it is. I don't need but maybe 90-110 psi and it works perfectly. It moves some air. The volume is great. I love this thing.

Client

Usine it for more than à year, no issues, i recommend

Motore compressore

Montato su serbatoio da 200 l, lavoro eccellente

So far so good

The finish quality isn't the best, you can see that it is a cheaper product than what you can buy locally but the price is unbeatable and it works very well. It builds pressure even faster than my other unit of comparable capacity that I bought from home depot. Will it last as long though? I don't know, but so far so good.

compressore

Good pump

Worked great had issues with shipping and the brand sent out parts that were damage awesome. The pump works great for normal uae

Tech

My compressor is back and working very well. It didn't break the bank thanks. I'm not sure why you require a certain number of characters to post a comment. Sometimes led is more. Fix this...

Works well

Overall I am pleased with the product! It had slightly different mounting holes than the original, and a smaller pulley than I expected. It’s as loud as the original, but more efficient. Oil is not included. Works very well and worth the price.

Testa Compressore

car workshop

It works very well and makes no noise! I highly recommend it.

Prima compressopomp

Good pump

I build a crompressor with this pump i use a 3 hp motor and serch for a use tank. It run between 105 psi to 140 psi and do a good job. The only down part is the drain plug is not a good place dain but overhall is a very good buy for my diy home shop!

Works well and good quality.

My old compressor reached end of the line and then I decided to build better new one and of corse needed new pump block. Quality/price -ratio is good and no obvious shortcomings or quality problems. Produces air quite fast. Shaft rotation is counter- clockwise and output is 3/4". It does not vibrate a lot when running. I use compressor mineral oil wit this unit and seems to work with no problems. Pumping 50 liter tank from 8 to 10 bar only takes about 30 seconds. I have not yet used this a lot, so far I'm satisfied and can recommend this product. Quick delivery.

Great product, great price

Works well ,pumps the air like I need , runs a lot quieter than my other compressor, very pleased!
