Learning Curve

I bought this because it what more cost effective then the Circuit and didn't come with a membership you have to buy into to use the software. However, I'm finding it extremely difficult to learn the software and use the machine (it comes with very rudemtary online video tutorials). It also came with all the paper materials but it not labeled so I have no idea which paper to use for each project.

Versiunea Android trebuie actualizată urgent!

A ajuns relativ repede 5 stele pt livrare din Germania-România! Am si pus in funcție aparatul specific doar cu aplicația de pe telefon deocamdată care nu funcționează prea bn doar pt o versiune de android mai veche zice cand am instalat-o si funcționează foarte greu si doar alb negru versiunea color nu exista ( o sa încerc si pe un pc sa vad diferenta si revin cu recenzie!) In schimb aparatul arata si funcționează perfect foarte drăguț ,instalarea de baza si materiale primite foarte ușor intuitive de folosit păcat ca nu avem si versiunea software actualizata sa putem lucra doar de pe telefon la un nivel înalt pt începători cât si pt profesioniști! Având in vedere ca am cumpărat versiunea smart 4 ! O sa revin cu recenzie pt varianta pc/ laptop! Dc e tot la fel ca androidul e un retur sigur!

Good machine

The machine is perfect, but the vinyl isn’t worth spending the extra for the kit.

To buy more vinyl because it is so easy and fun.

Atualizaçao: 28/09- Apos varios suportes, me enviaram uma nova maquina a funcionar tudo corretamente! mudei minha nota de 1 estrela para 4 estrelas, so nao e 5 estrelas, pois tem um programa horrivel que ela nao se conecta via Bluetooth pelo exact CUT(usando windows11), tem que ser via USB, tem que melhorar muito neste aspecto para que essa maquina seja bem vista pelos seus consumidores. 08/09 - Comprei ela nova, chegou muito rapido, porem para minha supresa o ecra dela liga, porem nao da nenhum toque, ela fica totalmente inutil sem o ecra, no programa Exact Cut, e uma porcaria, e o App para telemovel nao se consegue instalar corretamente, tambem o tornando inutil, ela e muito bonita e tem um bom peso, so de vir um botao na frente dela de reset do ecra ja se nota a falta de qualidade no mesmo. agora tenho que esperar ate 2 dias para resolver o problema. creio que suporte da marca e um pouco ineficiente pois conversar com ROBO, ja o torna isso.

Vevro plotter smart4

Plotter looks great, but for me it is a bit hard to get used to the app. I can't make it work with my PC. So far thinking of returning it if I can't make it work and connect with a pc app. The whole bundle is great is there everything you need to get started.

Useless drawing pen

Its okay but i cannot use the drawing pen, i think its not for this cutter, the distance from pad and drawing tool its 4-5mm i changed the force from 50 to 300 but nothing, the cutter head its okay...

DOES NOT DO ROLL VINYL

"Rufus" The doofus, told me that it can cut from rolls as well as its 12x12 mat. It does not. It looks like a quality machine but I could not even test it because I only use rolls. The brand should make it clear that it is a mat only machine, since Rufus the doofus will misinform you. Do not trust the robot. Of course, I am returning it because i cannot use it.

Very quiet, fast, easy to setup and iterfaces with popular software packages

i ABSOLUTELY Love this cutting/drawing machine. I had another brand and was very dissatisfied with it, this one however meets and exceeds my expectations. It is very quiet, very quick, and very accurate. I did not like the simple software it shipped with but I had purchased a decent software package to work with and the cutter interface seamlessly with the software I had purchased. Again, better than my previous cutter which used proprietary software and hardware connection and was just a pain to even try to use. The cutter also supports offline work and this is very handy as well. I was fairly priced, even economically priced I would say considering the quality that I got. I would recommend this cutter to anyone who wants a good quality home or hobby suited cutting machine

My first vinyl cutter

This the first time I own a vinyl cutter. My first experience is overall very good. It's easy to use. I still haven't used the official application but it works great. It's already calibrated so I didn't have to do anything. It was literally plug and play. Sometimes it may scan the black marks and start cutting in another spot. I guess the main cause is that I have them too tight to the work area in order to earn more space. Anyway, it's a great precise machine. As a beginner I loved it. I combined it with my laser cutter.

Works well, easy to setup and easy to use. I haven't figured out how to run it from my phone yet but it's very simple with a laptop. Make sure you have at least 12" on the front AND back of the unit.
