Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout the European Union, with tracking on all shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, according to destination and volume. Free shipping from €150 in mainland Portugal and the other European Union countries, except for the islands listed below. For the Azores, Madeira, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, shipping is always charged, whatever the order value; the amount depends on weight and is shown at checkout, before payment.

Delivery Times

• Home, garden, hardware and decoration: 2 to 6 working days in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain; 5 to 12 working days in the other European Union countries.
• Luna Art Frames: production 2 to 4 working days plus transport — Portugal 5 to 8 working days, Spain 4 to 5, France 3 to 5, Italy 4 to 11, other European Union countries up to 12.
• Islands (Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 5 to 12 working days.

Delivery times are counted from payment confirmation and are good faith estimates; carrier delays or force majeure events may alter them. We always notify you if a delivery time changes significantly.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched. An order with multiple items may be sent in more than one package and arrive on different days.

Delivery, Absences and Incorrect Addresses

Please confirm the address and telephone number before completing your purchase: this is how the carrier contacts you. If delivery is not possible due to absence or incorrect address, the order will be returned to the warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; a second shipment due to an incorrect address may incur a cost.

Damage During Transport

If the packaging arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier’s delivery note and notify us within 14 days with photographs. We will resolve this at no cost to you.
